La casa ha due spazi abitativi, fuoco a gas in sala da pranzo / cucina / soggiorno open space che si apre sul ponte posteriore. Grande sala Rumpus sottostante con camino a legna, letti a scomparsa e materasso in schiuma. Legna da ardere fornita. Principalmente doppi vetri, coibentato e caldo ma ben ventilato per i mesi estivi. House è stata recentemente ristrutturata con una nuova cucina. ACQUA CALDA CONTINUA TRAMITE UNITÀ GAS.
Situato subito dopo, alcuni gradini conducono alla casa principale con solo la stanza Rumpus sottostante tramite vialetto o scale interne (senza cancello di sicurezza per bambini). Facile passeggiata al lago o distretto di Taupo. Ponte posteriore con barbecue, tavolo, ombrellone e 12 sedie. Fornito di gas - bombola di ricambio nell'armadio sul ponte. PER FAVORE DICACI QUANDO LA BOTTIGLIA È VUOTA.

Master suite con letto super king, culla, pompa di calore e bagno privato. Altre tre camere da letto composte da: una doppia; una regina; e due set di cuccette con portacot. Doccia su vasca, WC e lavandino. Pompa di calore situata in fondo al corridoio dalle altre tre camere da letto.
Dormirà fino a 15 se si utilizzano i letti a scomparsa e materassi in schiuma nella stanza Rumpus. Il prato anteriore può ospitare tende.

Great home in a perfect location. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Taupo! A Host.

This is the second time we have stayed here, as it’s perfect for our family get togethers. We had 3x family groups accommodated with plenty of space inside, good mix of sleeping options, good kitchen and play area outside for kids. Walking distance to lake and town. We’ll be back again and would definitely recommend it to others.

could have more toilets for number staying. With ensuite in 1 bedroom it puts peessure on the 1 other with 9 having to use it. With a full hiuse of 15 that would be 13 using 1 toilet. Pantry next to kitchen could be concerted with entrance from hallway
But a great stay otherwise. Excellent house.

On arrival the cleanliness of this place was immediately apparent We are a group of 8 over 50's golfers who would all stay here again. Facilities like heat pumps an fire places everywhere help in the cold. Very easy walk to town and a nice quiet suburb to stay in. Fully equipped kitchen an layout to suit all. Thanks Mac. We will be back.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was perfect! With two big lounges it meant there was heaps of space for the kids to play too! The kitchen had everything we needed! The pirate ship was awesome and the kids loved playing on it! Perfect location we could walk to the lake and town! Would 100% stay here again!

We loved Via Del Lago. It was close to town, close to the lake, close to the airport (for the 60th birthday celebratory skydives).
It had an incredibly well-equipped kitchen. We love to cook and it had all the appliances, platters, bowls and tins required, as well as a great assortment of pots, crockery and cutlery. And gizmos (including avocado scooper, lemon zester, butter curler - you get the picture).
We loved the older style house and how homely it felt. There was a place for everyone to relax.
Great private back yard and places to sit in the shade when needed. The fort was great for the 10-year-old.
We swam twice a day, every day.
We want to come back.

Great location and very spacious house. Downstairs a bit musty smelling but otherwise a great house for families and pets. Great contact with the owner and clear instructions regarding check in and check out. Would definitely return

This place was perfect for our weekend stay. I came up for a 2-day dirt bike trail ride, (from Palmerston North) and my brothers and nephews came down from Auckland) as there was 8 of us, we needed somewhere with plenty of room, and safe off-road parking for the bikes and trailer's. This place was perfect in every way, and we are hoping to make this an annual event and would definitely like to stay here again.

Perfect for our family we had room to spread out. The grandkids loved the pirate ship and have asked if we can go back next again year. The down stairs room was very cold and musty but their was a fire and wood provided. We had an amazing experience here with everything we needed and would defiantly stay here again. Very clean and tidy. Thank you for sharing your home.

When you walk innyou feel like you are home. Comfortable, clean and just huge. We all commented on how much space we all had, what a house. Will be booking again.

Large, clean, multiple spaces so group of 11 not on top of each other. Central location. Coffee cart a hop, skip and jump away on lake gront.What's not to like?

Excellent house tidy fully equipped with everything.We spent most the the time away during the day but came home late at nights during the winter period and the house has a excellent lounge dining room gas heater and heat pumps in the bedroom corridors that didn't take long to warm the whole place up it was awesome
Plenty of room for 10 of us we did use the 6 beds down stairs and location near town and Sports Centre was awesome
Excellent communication from owner highly recommend property

There was group of 9 of us, adults, teenagers and a dog, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out when we were at the house. Great location, 2 minute stroll to the lakefront and 5 minutes into town. Would definitely love to stay again.

We had a great stay. There was 10 of us including two 80+ and one 4hy old plus fur babies. The lay out of the place was great and the oldies didn't have very many stairs to negotiate. Everything was handy and in walking distance. Will definitely stay again.

The house is fantastic for our family. We all fit and the grandies love the park in the backyard! It’s a very easy house to holiday in and the location is perfect. Close to the lake and town and bike paths which we took full advantage of. Thanks to Mac for letting us rent his property

We enjoyed our stay and found the home to be spacious and comfortable.
Plenty of heating (fireplaces and heat pumps) if required and the property was located reasonably close to Taupo CBD.
An easy stroll to Jolly Good Fellows Bar & Restaurant as well.

The family functional split level set up with two living areas and large basement was perfect for us. Had our Taupo family over for dinner one night and we comfortably caught up. My nieces and nephews with their partners continued with drinks and board games in the basement area while us oldies conversed upstairs. Walked to the coffee caravan down by the lake each morning, a mere few mins away. Great location, warms up quickly with gas fire, multiple heat pumps and wood burner. Would def stay again and highly recommend for larger groups of all ages.

Had an amazing time at Via del LAGO. A wonderful home for a large family with lots of space for all ages. Great kitchen dining room and awesome for cooking in. Right front gas hob did not light but otherwise great. Will be back for sure.

The only downside side were that the fridge smelled of 3 day old fish and the mattress in the main suite was REALLY uncomfortable with a massive dip in the middle.

Great location as it was close to town centre and lake. Beautiful weather made our morning walks and activities super fun! House was able to keep us warm with heat pump and fire place. Plenty of parking space too.

Our stay at Mac's home was super. The place was very clean. It was very close to the beach and the home had a home made boat and sandpit for the kids to play in. We enjoyed very much our stay there.
