Super petit appartement très agréable et très bien situé. Bon contact avec l'hôte. Rosé offert et boissons. Possibilité de se faire des cafés grâce à la machine. C'était parfait.

Pas de possibilité de se rapprocher avec la voiture pour décharger les bagages. Heureusement nous avons trouvé une place pas trop loin.

The decor of the property was lovely, location is perfect for discovering ostuni and we loved the balcony also.

Shower floor leaked every time. Ostuni train station to the centre is quite a hike to the accomodation without a car.

the only problem was to find it. the directions of the owner were not precise. there are many similar streets and we spent > half an hour looking for the right place walking with our suitcases

Located right at the top of the old town of Ostuni but only a ten minute walk into the main square. Very compact apartment in a rustic/industrial style. Had everything I needed. Clean. Pleasant little courtyard balcony. No complaints. Good value for money.

This property is small but very well designed so it works very well. It has a lovely historic feel and all the facilities work well. It was a most attractive place to stay.

The bathroom is small and overall the space is very limited. There was no hairdryer despite the website saying it was provided. There was no breakfast, not even the usual cards for a local cafe, but we were prepared for this. Finding the property was a complete nightmare. The hosts tried their best replying to my messages (they did not answer the phone) with Google maps etc but simple instructions on where to turn off the road, where to take some steps etc would have made things so much easier. We had to find the property ourselves and a WhatsApp message then gave us the key box code.

Difficulty finding the property in the Centro storico - host unable to help us much - only spoke Italian so had difficulty communicating - spent two hours using Google maps / and help from lovely residents - only found Casa Flami in the end by accident! Exhausting- and we are seasoned travellers - the maze was too hard to negotiate - she needed to meet us and take us to the property !

Beautiful and quiet room with good views from the furnished terrace. Many good restaurants nearby. Some stairs in the old exciting city.

The value for this place is quite good. Though small, the room has most everything a traveller would need.

Our check in was not a positive experience. The manager's lack of/poor communication was a major frustration. The manager needs to develop a property information package that can be sent to the traveller as a pdf, in advance, via email or similar so a better arrival experience is possible. This was the most frustrating property access process we've experienced using Booking. The shower has a large overhead "falling-rain type" head that requires sufficient flow of water. Unfortunately, the "on-demand" hot water heater is unable to supply adequate water flow and pressure. Thus, using water anywhere else simultaeously renders the shower almost useless.

The Casa has a great location for exploring the lovely town of Ostuni and it is very well presented. The little terrace is lovely for breakfast. We appreciated the local wine left for us and the coffee machine was great.

This property is small but fine for a short stay

Wifi was a bit slow and shower didn’t have a lot of pressure.
