Great location and big rooms; great sea view for our unit

Lifts tend to be hard to get in the morning as the hotel gets busy and balconies are all closed which is a pity if you want to enjoy the great sea view

- Mark, the receptionist, was very friendly & helpful - Location is great - Room was very spacious

- Bathrooms need renovation - had to ask for extra sheets multiple times, as house keeping kept removing them - TVs are very small with limited channels

Very good hotel. Wonderful location near to Jumeira palm. Convenient access to Dubai metro.

Cockroach has been found and killed by my wife in the room.

The hotel is amazing. Very luxury. Big rooms, cleaned every day comfortable bed and perfect view to the city. We was on 36 floor. Staff are kind. Metro station is 3 4 minutes walks. Recommend with 2 hands.

Very clean. Efficient and friendly staff. Great location. Fantastic views. Easy access to metro station. I arrived at 7am and was given a room immediately. That was really appreciated.
