the rooms were dirty. small wifi didnt work.

its an old and aged property . clearly poor maintenance all around .The food options are too limited .

the property was not at all upto mark..room up keep was very bad

There was only shower in the bathroom but no tap water. Variety in food.

Everything..Except Hotel Staff

Pathetic experience staying in a hotel like Keys by Lemon tree. I would rate zero. Neither the room was properly clean and when we entered the room it was completely suffocating with cigarette smell . I reported but no response and after several calls someone came near the door and handed over a room perfume. That guy was in call and i am asking him but he is not responding as he was in a call. After several calls someone picks up the receiver in the reception. For Breakfast there was only one option and hotel premises was not at all clean.
