Not much to say about the positives. I decided to book this hotel because it was a JW Marriott but that’s where the positives stop. The service and hospitality does not match the price. If I were to grade it, I would stay this hotel should not get more than 3 stars, not more. The spa was excellent, however it as I understand it is not managed by the hotel.

- Staff were absent, - room was not cleaned and rather small, - on booking.com the breakfast was included, yet hotel wanted us to pay and were adamant that it was not, breakfast staff were unfriendly and unaccommodating - hotel was dated

taxi reservation. for a non korean it is difficult to interact with a taxi driver. any support in explaining directions to the driver by the concierge people would have saved me a lot of aggravation with arriving late to a business appointment and waste of time and money
