There are no room with view; hotel was noisy and the room I was given was very disappointing. The room had glass doors that led straight to the lobby area. It lacked privacy and you could hear all the guests and employees talking. This apparently was a not a formal room per day but “transformed” into a room. The staff was not very courteous and helpful.

The food was excellent. The location was perfect! Within walking distance to alot of different places, specially restaurants. Loved that there was a refrigerator in the room. Staff was amazing! I love that there is a shuttle to and from the airport for an additional fee! The terrance is beautiful specially at night. You can also purchase drinks and stuff in the cafeteria.

I only have a couple of gripes. Nothing that would deter me from booking again. The main lighting in the room was very dim. It's ok if it was for mood lighting, but not if you've dropped your phone and THAT is your flashlight. Could not find how to turn on the nightstand light. And final gripe, the showerhead needed cleaning! I figure it is the calcium in the water there, because I've had to sometimes clean my parents' showerhead when I visit.
