The staff was very friendly! Love the location everything was very convenient!
They close the hotel doors at 10pm which was awkward, no shower soap was available but not big deal, there were bugs (cucarachas)on the room.

Das Hotel ist in einer guten und sicheren Umgebung. Es gibt Restaurants und Läden gleich um die Ecke. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfreich und die Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut! Das Zimmer war hübsch ausgestattet und hatte genug Ablagefläche für die persönlichen Sachen.
Mein Zimmer war zu einem Flur und Garten ausgerichtet, also auch das einzige Fenster des Raumes, was natürlich wenig Privatsphäre bietet, einerseits mochte ich den Vorhang nicht öffnen und hatte so auch kein Tageslicht im Raum, andererseits hörte man natürlich auch alles von den vorbeigehenden Gästen. Ich kann damit gut leben, ich finde es jedoch nicht adäquat mit dem Preis. Das gleiche auch für die Dusche. Der Schlauch der Duschbrause müsste abgedichtet werden und der Ablauf sollte funktionieren. Dies wurde schon mal in einem anderen Gäste-Feedback erwähnt.

The breakfast was cooked for you each morning. The places to eat were very unique (not just a cafeteria) one was in a garden.
It took a while for the hot water to work and I had to go downstairs to get someone to come up and help me get it working

The room was great, always clean. The breakfast was also excellent all days. The staff is remarkable and very kind. The reception on the day of my arrival was good as well, receiving me past midnight, really helpful.

The staff was AMAZING. My flight landed at 12:30 in the morning, and check-in ends at 8:30. They had security let me in and give me the key, and I paid at the property the next morning when I woke up. They didn’t have even pressure me for time to wake up and pay. Absolutely amazing. Although they don’t speak much English and had to call someone that does, it still was an easy process!!

The service was phenomenal. Even though she did not speak the most English, we were able to communicate all wants and needs and they were met with exception. She was beyond friendly and accommodating. The properties was immaculate. We felt extremely safe. The breakfast was delicious and everything was always fresh. Every day, we return to freshly overturned room that was cleaned and sanitized. They were even able to coordinate us transportation from the airport and our flight got in at 2am. Would absolutely stay again when in San Salvador.

Staff are lovely. Breakfast is delicious. Location is great and property looks nice. Felt totally safe.
The hot water and WiFi were both pretty iffy. The property superficially looks nice, but it’s not in the greatest state of repair—the shower curtain rod fell down twice in two days, for instance. One can do better in El Salvador around this price point.

ToWe arrived at12:30 am at the airport and Grace had arranged for a driver with a sign to take us to the hotel where we safely arrived at 1am and we were greeted by the night watchman who showed us to our room.
