Location is good.

Apartment wasn’t clean. Reception staff weren’t very ‘hospitable’. Mould around taps in bathroom vanity which I cleaned. Mould around inside of dishwasher which I cleaned off before use. Some plates and cutlery were dirty and needed re-washing before they could be used. The oven tray had been used and had a pool of solidified fat on it - had not been checked by housekeeping to ensure it was clean. We arranged for sofa bed to be used however there was no mattress protector used - bedsheet was straight on top of a very hard and questionably clean fabric sofa. The whole apartment needed a good clean - being an upstairs apartment (level 3) with no lift - I expect that only a light vacuum is used. The carpets need a shampoo… my asthma was triggered badly by something in this apartment. We extended our stay by one night - arranged directly through reception, at a premium cost of $240 for one night but were going to have to change to another apartment. When it could be organised that we could stay in the same apartment, there was no refund given for the fact that cleaning of the apartment we were vacating from was not needed. When I asked about this I was told to “put it in a review”. I should add that when I reported the mould in the bathroom to reception, they offered to have housekeeping do a deep clean of the apartment, however as I was working remotely from the apartment, this was not convenient, and I had already cleaned the majority of the mould myself with what I had available.

the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, a better mattress would be good for this apartment if the guest requests a second bed.

Bathroom entry has a small step up which caused a few trips. dishwasher wasn’t unpacked.

Facilities are nice, location is perfect. They let me leave my bags for a few hours on checkout day which was helpful.

Ground floor bathroom window is kind of spooky. Like I could see if someone was outside however blurry, would rather it be completely frosted. Additionally, I think cleaning staff should totally put on the radio/TV while they work, but it was frightening to come home as a solo female and hear voices in my room, wish they'd remember to turn it off once they leave. Additionally, despite rubber stoppers, the bed rolled around a lot.

Great location, good value for money, easy to check in and check out, laundry facilities and adequate parking.

Cleaning/dishwashing things not provided so couldn’t clean the room ourselves since there was no room cleaning service.

The location was good, handy to transport, river, eating places, supermarket etc and other places we wanted to go by foot. The room was big enough for our few days, and contained what we needed. Instructions to get access were very clear and there were no problems with getting in.

It was a little noisy being a street side apartment. The courtyard was grubby - could have done with a sweep, clean of the tiles, adjacent rubbish removed, and two proper chairs would have been appreciated. The fan in the bathroom - which automatically came on with the light switch - had a piercing noise which was unpleasant while in the bathroom, and could still be heard in the main room with the door shut. There was no daily service of emptying rubbish, changing towels etc as advised there would be. It happened on the first day only. We stayed 4 nights. Reception was mostly closed/not available during published opening hours.

The location was very good. Communication and check in and check out were clear and concise.

While the bedding and main area of the unit were in great clean condition. The bathroom was disappointingly dirty in areas.
