Breakfast was good

We made a reservation for a room with 1 king and 1 queen bed, we received a room with a single bed, staff said they didn’t have any more rooms, even when made the reservation 1 month before, additional to that we had to pay extra $40 dlls for an extra foldable bed, PER NIGHT, we had to pay for parking too, we paid around another $30 dlls for all the stay, pool was out of service, we had to tell the housekeeping lady to clean our room everyday because at 16:00 of the day the room wasn’t cleaned yet, the hotel it’s just old, seems like the don’t care to upgrade or remodel nothing, rooms even have the old televisions, the ambiance and decoration makes you feel like you’re in a downtown hotel from the 2000’s, to be a “Courtyard Marriot” all these things leave you a bad taste, for the price we paid and the experience we had, I could assure you we would never be back in this hotel nor recommend it to anyone, you could easily get a waaay better hotel near that area for half the price,

Property/ location was ideal for our plans in the city of Leon.

The staff were kind and very professional only down part was the toilet had a funky mechanism when flushing and the TV wasn’t turning on during my whole 2 day stay I called for technician to fix it but never showed up besides that it was a fair price.
