There is no smoking on the property this was not stated before booking room! The pool was slimy and was not treated or cleaned during the 3 days I was there I especially booked at this hotel for the pool!

Nice environment, swimming pool , free indoor parking, good breakfast all included in the rate.

Asked twice to have someone unlock my room safe. Nobody did.

The location and confort

The room was clean. The lobby and reception area are beautiful, but that's as far as the luxury went during our stay.

So disappointing! I stayed here with friends during the Hot Air Balloon Festival, and so the hotel was very expensive. We were only there for one night. When we arrived the reception was not particularly helpful. Our room had little furniture. Most notably, the headboards on the bed had torn leather. When we arrived, our room didn't have any toiletries and we had to request that they bring some. On top of this, the shower head was so calcified that the water could hardly come out and was going in all different directions. These are things you don't expect to find in a room at a supposed four star hotel!

Location was good, close to shops bars, footbal stadium and bus station.

We arrive late at 1am after a storm had meant our flight was diverted and delayed. Once we checked in we got to our room to discover the whole right habd side of the room was flood with dirty muddy water. Despite informing reception of the state of our room, no one came to clean. We complained the following morning and eventually at 12:30pm a cleaner had mopped the floor. Other issues with the room: loo didnt always flush properly, no soap provided, towels were frayed and had holes in them, there was mud and grass in the shower and plug hole, the tv remote was missing its power button.
