Excelente ubicación, precio y servicios

La ubicación es muy buena, puesto que se encuentra a dos cuadras de la central de autobuses de león. El desayuno me sorprendió gratamente puesto que es variado, hay opciones vegetarianas y el sazón en muy bueno. Las instalaciones están limpias. En general el trato del personal es amable. Tiene un micro-gimnasio con caminadora y algunas pesas y la alberca, aunque pequeña, está limpia.

La negativa, a primera instancia, del personal del hotel a expedir factura por haber reservado por Booking.com. Tuve que contactarme con un ejecutivo de Booking.com y el, a su vez, contactar al hotel para que pudiesen "cambiar de opinión" y decir que siempre si pueden expedir factura aunque no se haya hecho la reervación directamente en el hotel. Una triangulación innecesaria, molesta y que hace perder algo de tiempo.

ES UN HOTEL MUY BONITO Y AGRADABLE, SE PUEDE DESCANSAR MUY BIEN Y CON BUENOS SERVICIOS, LA ATENCION DEL PERSONAL ES MUY BUENA Y MUY RESPETOSA, CUENTAN CON EXCELENTE SERVICIO.

TODO ESTA MUY BIEN, NO HAY COMENTARIOS MALOS, ES MUY BUENA LA ESTADÍA.

Fui a desayunar al restaurante del hotel y el bufet es muy bueno, tienen gran variedad de alimentos para todos los gustos. Realmente recomiendo hospedarse aquí, el personal es amable, la habitación es excelente, las camas son muy cómodas. Todo me gustó.

Bueno, si pudiera mencionar algo que tal vez podrían mejorar que aunque quiero enfatizar que a mi no me molestó en lo más mínimo. Es que cuando llegamos al hotel y nos dieron la llave de la habitación, no había quién nos diera indicaciones para encontrar nuestro cuarto. A mi y a mi pareja no nos causó problema porque fue muy fácil ubicarla pero supongo que si hay personas que requieren ser indicadas en todo momento.

Nada. Fue horrible la atención de booking. Y nefasta la de holiday inn.

The hotel didn't honor the reservation. Booking didn't help. They left us stranded and abandoned, no support at all.. it was a horrible experience and a big disappointment, I never expected this. Booking hung the phone when I called asking for help and took ages to answer the texts. They didn't care to betray our trust.

Buffet

The room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, the location was good.

The tv was not connected to the web. The service person did not have a HDMI cable to make the connection to the web and the tv was not a smart tv to be able to connect by wifi.
