Very clean rooms, the restaurant offers good food at a good price. Everything is perfect for a family stay. The managers of the residence are present themselves and have everything well organized with a well trained staff.

The gardens were very pretty. The rooms were big and clean. Showers worked well. Very spacious.

We arrived to checkin and were told we were upgraded with no reason. At first this sounded great! However, they asked us to pay for the whole stay immediately. As soon as we paid they went to show us that the pool was in construction and assured it would be ready the next day. To be honest we only chose the resort cause of the amazing (deceiving) pictures of the pool and our kids were so excited to use it even though the water would have been a tad cold. I even messaged the hotel through the booking.com website and asked if the pool was heated and they told me that it was not heated but people do swim in it. They did not mention it was under construction. :(. We stayed 4 days and it was always under construction. That was an ugly view from the restaurant and was and very noisy and dusty. In fact, the whole resort was under construction and at the rate that they were working I cannot imagine the work would end this year. The pool was very poorly reconstructed. Probably good that we could not use it. Lots of drilling and banging as they were repairing villas and the gardens. The gardens were beautiful but no way to enjoy them. No activities or seating in the gardens and nothing for children to play with. Our kids had nothing to do in the resort. The resort is very poorly located and you have to wait 30 minutes for transportation and pay about 30 euros for a return trip to the centre. There is absolutely nothing to do near the hotel. The closest supermarket was a 12 minute drive away. The restaurant was very small and too formal. The food was below par. The service was no better. We paid EUR 15 for half bottle of wine! Rip-off A real disappointment. The gym was the smallest I have seen with a treadmill that stopped during running. Our washing machine door could not be opened and the intermittent WiFi in our villa was very slow. In fact, the first 2 days it was not even working.

The Deluxe 4 bed villa is very large with very tasteful decor. The kitchen is well equipped. Great location. Daily housekeeping.

Appartment with big rooms, balcony and aircondition. Our room was more like for 4 to 6 People. The pool in the centre is amazing and the whole hotel facility is embedded in a beautiful surrounding.

The residence is quite far away from the centre of Marrakech. It needs 15 to 25 min. to get there depending on traffic jam especially at evening hours. Taking a taxi means always negotiating about the fare. Ist up to everyone. We didnt like it much.
