Airport transfer was good, room was good, breakfast was great and other meals also.

The room was spacious. Good distance from the airport.
Didn't have a chance to actually have breakfast but the dinner was exceptional.
Very nice and quiet environment.
Housekeeping was not done as efficiently as I expected. I had to request several times for the room to be cleaned thoroughly but it was not attended to.

Good for the airport. Good breakfast downstairs, There was a pool area to sit around and recover from jetlag.
The room price felt expensive for the quality of the room but I guess this reflects PNG

Kids enjoyed the pool.
Bathrooms were not equipped with basics like soap and towel. Kitchen lacked the small items like tea and sugar

Not much there but the location. Especially when catching another flight next day is perfect spot to be just for a night
House keeping and room service is very, very poor.

Only one drinking cup in the room. No spare toilet paper. No toilet brush. only one towel in the room. No milk in the fridge. no door shelf in the fridge. Safe not working. requests to front desk staff took hours to be resolved. security safe never got fixed Tap handle in shower fell off. TV stopped working. no breakfast included in Tariff. Stained furniture...tired old furniture.

scheduled airport transfer only, but no sign at Jackson's Airport where the shuttle departs; finally I took a shuttle from another hotel, whose driver gave me a free ride; very long waiting times at the reception; no free water

way under staffed at front desk. The property is very tired. needs a refurbishment.

I had a very small room which was hard to move around in, there was only 1 towel. Close room 500 and make it storage not value for the 480 spent.

The pool most especially. And the staff's are very friendly as well
The TV was not working. Only one towel.
Also no milk for tea and coffee. No shampoo n conditioner and lotion as well.
