We were on an executive corner king suite. It was lovely and spacious . Perfect. Breakfast was exceptional—-an extensive selection of Asian dishes which were delicious and beautifully presented. All of the staff were lovely, knowledgeable, and responsive to our needs.

ロケーションは最高で、地下鉄の駅にも近く、ソウル駅や明洞へのアクセスも最高だった

部屋のクリーニングは全体としては良かったが、ひとつ洗面所のコップが最初は二つあったのに、途中から一つになり、それも３日目にはきれいになっていなかった点が残念でした。あとは問題なしです。でも、洗面所のコップだけは謎ですね。

スタッフのみなさんのホスピタリティがほんとに素晴らしく、特にドアマンの方は、道行く方にもお辞儀をされててとても美しい姿でした。 また、ルームサービスのお食事もとても美味しくいただきました。

足が冷えたので、パジャマを貸して欲しいとお願いをしたのですが、パジャマはないとのことで、毛布をお願いしたら有料だったこと。もちろん、素敵なローブガウンはあったので次は靴下を持参します。

ラウンジが快適でした。東大門にも近くて観光にも便利。

レセプションの照明がなんとなく暗く、雰囲気も５つ星の割には高級感がない、暗い。エントランス付近のインテリアの趣味も悪いと思います。スタッフが少ないのか、部屋に氷を持ってきてくださいと頼んだのですが、かなり時間がかかり、再度、連絡してやっときました。ポーターさんが融通が効かず、友人がタクシーを停めて私が出てくるのを待っていてくれた際に、「タクシーをホテルの前に停めないでください」と厳しい口調で何度も言われたそうです。

早餐選擇多，非常滿意。位置十分方便，近地鐵站和商場。

ずっと泊まってみたかったホテルで、サービスも良かったです。 プールもあったことを忘れていましたが水着はレンタルがあるので思い立ったら直ぐ入れます！ 景色も良い場所だったため大変満足しました。

前回宿泊したソウルのホテルはスリッパや部屋着があったので、確認せずに伺ってしまったのも悪かったですが困ってしまいました。 レセプションが列になっておらず 並んでいるつもりでもどんどん横から入ってくる方々がいて待ち時間がかなりありました。ポールなど立てて列が分かるようにした方が良いと思います。

Location is perfect

Air con noise is so loud. I can't sleep well. Also the smell of leather finish, I am not sure how it is so strong in the room. Overall experience in the hotel room was not that good.

Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of choices. And the warm food was of very high quality.

Having to leave the room key to borrow an umbrella made me think that the hotel doesn't trust its guests.

The staff are all very helpful especially the concierge.

Everything is very good except I got the room at the end of the hallway when I specifically made a request during booking asking for a room near elevator

Very comfortable and ease of communicating in English. Indoor pool was very useful when it rained the entire day.

Slight feedback, the shower head holder was loose and we had to hold it during entire stay. the door which leads to the train station was closed quite early and we hadn’t been able to use it in the evening.

The reception staff were super supportive. Kate, The lady ar The reception was excepcional. I felt super comfortable in this hotel.

Excellent buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Good executive lounge. Excellent views. Excellent location. Apart from all the places to see in Dongdaemun itself, the train station is accessible via the hotel elevator. Super helpful and friendly staff. Maintaining a 5 star hotel in Seoul would be pretty hard work. JW Marriott does a pretty good job of it.

Minor problems with bathroom fittings (loose shower head and door not sealing). Lack of a power point on one side of the bed.
