no one answer you we wait more than an our to have the keys … bad system they take deposite twice … I dont kniw why they are in booking since they want deposit in their own system !!! rules to clean all trush the flat is not suitable for kids my little dautgher hurt her head when she was walking and there was blood on her head … Ac is less than a fan … the apartement in dirty place to enter in week end no one will answer you

Very central location, perfect for exploring the town. Underground parking available nearby for additional charge.

Somewhat noisy in the mornings (weekdays)- delivery lorries, street cleaners etc A few problems with access codes for the various doors, phone help was available to fix these with varying efficiency. Everything done remotely

Great location, beautiful city. Easy to get in and out to explore the area. The house is roomy, many places to sit and relax. Two bathrooms is always an advantage for families. Kitchen well equipped

Our parking place was taken by a stranger at the last day. The house lock key didn't work at some point and we had to get a new one by phone.

We were expecting 2 bedrooms, not 2 beds in one bedroom. Emailed the agent but no response til day after when we were leaving!

It's central location and the ample space in the apartment

The air conditioning was weak. The apartment was stuffy during the night especially during the heat wave. There was a notice that the water heater was set to operate only within certain hours and if we require hot water outside of those hours, we could manipulate the switch to turn on the water heater. However, it didn't work. The requirement that the dish washer must be empty at check out was inconvenient as it meant that we had to hand wash all our breakfast dishes and pans as the dishwashing cycle takes more than 2 hours. All TV channels are in French.

The apartment is large and spacious At the same time there were a lot of glitches in the level of maintenance and cleanliness for example An air conditioner that drips and causes an ugly and smelly stain on the carpet. Clogging in the sink, unlocked toilet door, leak in the toilet and more .. (Attaches photos) We were a bit taken aback by the experience of our stay there we will probably not go back there and do not recommend Asking for credit for the mental anguish caused to me and my family

I would definitely stay here again. Everything was easy and the hosts were accomodating and friendly. Communication was consistent and clear.

Excellent location and very nice apartment

The apartment was truly wonderful, but we were travelling with a child and the stairs were totally not child-friendly. I think you'd be lucky to stay in such close proximity to everything, but I would not recommend this apartment to someone with children.

The flat and furniture are a little bit older than we expected from the photos.

- Great location! All the main sights are within 5 min walk. - The apartment is exactly the same as on the pictures: quite clean and cozy - Well organised communication with the host about self check-in, parking instructions, property policies etc. - Warm welcome message from the host was waiting for us when we entered the apartment and it was a pleasant surprise - When everything goes well: no Internet issues, proper communication with the host (host is available by phone, email etc) self check-in is a super convenient thing which gives flexibility and freedom

- It's an advantage and disadvantage at the same time: property has additional policies which shows their professional approach, but at the same time it means that booking on the site and paying online is not enough, you should be available afterwards in order to pay security deposit in time to guarantee your reservation. - When you come to the property, you should upload the pictures of the existing damages (if you found some) via a special app. It's needed in order to inform the host that it was already there and not caused by you. It should be done upon check-in and not the next day or so. Since we came late, we were tired and wanted to sleep instead of looking for potential damages. General impression about the apartment was good, but the next morning we found a few things considered a potential damage and found some other little things during the stay... We felt a kind of inner pressure - how to prove that it was not caused by us if the host says that it appeared during our stay... Luckily everything was ok :)

The property very comfortable, and an ideal size for two families (we travelled with 5 kids aged 5 to 15).
