Lovely comfortable apartment in quiet residential part of Reykyavik.
Extremely well equipped and easy parking. Can either walk into town - about 35 mins, or take the bus.

This property is ideal for anyone wanting to stay near but not in Reykjavik. It’s a 20-30 minute walk into Reykjavik but we had car hire so worked out extremely well. The property is exceptionally clean and very warm. The bathroom even has under floor heating. The property offers excellent views of Reykjavik and the ocean from the bedroom window. The property came equipped with way more than we expected. Toilet paper and kitchen essentials such as oil, salt, tea, coffee and hot chocolate were ready for use. The accommodation even has a guest Netflix account set up so we were able to watch an episode of the series we have been watching whilst we ate and settled down after a busy day of adventures. I would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay here again if we return to Reykjavik!

Perfectly clean and comfortable. Perfect size for two adults. Private parking is a huge bonus.

It was about a 30 min walk to town along the sea walls. Beautiful.

It was warm and cosy and had all of the facilities for a 4 night stay
It was a little further from the town than we expected, however absolutely no problem once we mastered the local, and very handy, bus service.

Apartment was roomy, comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated. Beds were comfortable and window shades kept bedroom dark. Nice views through bedroom windows. Washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher and smart TV with Netflix was a bonus.

We were VERY happy with the accommodations! Our host (Kjartan) was very nice; he even had 2 beers waiting for us in the refrigerator. The apartment was lovely and fully stocked with everything we could need. (it even has a washer/dryer) We had a wonderful view, It was close to everything, yet located in a very nice, quiet residential area.
Really have no complaints at all.

A fine and beatiful apartment for our stay i Reykjavik. Very kind hostess - he made it easy to feel alright, and he was quick to answer our questions about the apartment.

Spotless, very comfortable. Home away from home. Hosts very respectful of privacy. Even two Stella Artois beers in the fridge to welcome us. Pure Iceland hospitality. View spectacular close to everything. Will definitely return for another visit and stay at Nes. Highly recommend it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Super clean, modern & comfortable accommodation with sea / mountain views, we loved our stay here!
The apartment was well equipped with pretty much everything you would need, including Netflix, good WiFi & even underfloor heating in the bathroom. Conveniently located in a quiet residential area close to the centre of Reykjavík with free off street parking.
There is nothing to dislike!
