Perfect location for the beach literally walk down 3 sets of stairs and boom sand! Walk to the right you get "commercial" Tenerife with all the big shops like Zara etc and walk to the left you have all the little sellers and cute shops!

My only concern would be if you are a light sleeper there's a club/bar that plays till really late every day so keep that in mind.

Breathtaking location and seaview

The appartment was not clean. The shower did not work proberly. The refrigerator handle was broken. The appartment needs complete renovation.

I mainly booked because of the balcony and the view of the ocean, this is the only thing that's good about this property.

Let's start with the "best" part. The toilet stopped working (wouldn't flush...), and the owner on the phone suggested I open it and try to fix it myself. That's already a red flag, but when the cleaning lady came to help to fix it and failed she told me that this happens all the time. After this, they suggested we use a bucket. Not joking! Literally, everything in the apartment is broken, outdated, out of place, and generally in an awful state. It's visible that nobody cares for it, and it's just to make money with absolutely minimal investment. By that, I mean that in the middle of the pandemic they wouldn't even provide a soap. They left one-third of a roll of toilet paper. Honestly, how much would it cost to leave a pack of rolls? It's not like guests will use it up or steal it. It should be there for unforeseen cases, like food poisoning. The bed is just a tiny mattress (max 130-140cm width, way too small for a couple) thrown on top of something with bed lamps that are not connected to electricity. I found out why, it's because there is no electric plug, apart from one behind the bed for which you would need to move the bed. They placed the router with flashing lights right next to your head on the bed. Who comes up with things like this? You would expect the bed to be next to the windows to enjoy the ocean view when you wake up, right? Wrong! It's placed in a dark corner next to the entrance door. My favorite bit is a ~30cm wide curtain that's supposed to protect you from the entrance door view... This apartment should go in a show about the worst interior design. So the best part about it is the view. You go to the balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze and sit down. Then you realize the cheapest possible plastic chair that you sit on is cracked and you are about to fall back if you wanted to sit comfortably.

The views from the balcony to the beach are amazing, perfect location next to the sea. The bed is confortable and the apartment is well equipped.

The apartment needs a renovation, furniture and so are a bit old and/or in poor state.
