Door rattled every time someone opened doors in building

very close to the city centre and very quiet place

smell in the room, lack of hairdryer, electricity problems

The apartment is great! But greatest is Teresa, the host. She is attentive to any doubt, available always. You can find all the necessary things in the apartment for your stay.

Windows were broken so didn't shut easily. The drains in the bathroom were slightly blocked. No lift

Great location only a short walk to the railway station and metro links Teresa our host was great and supplied new chairs. wine glasses and got a guy out to sort the pool.

We felt the apartment was poor quality and definitely not luxury as described. Two dinning chairs were broken. Bed sheets had a brown stain and blood spattering. Pillows were old and flat. Plates wouldn't fit in a very small dishwasher. Only one tea cloth was provided. Only 4 cups and no wine glasses. Settee had stains on it. Pool only had 12 inches of water in. No way to get in and out. Although there was a random chair was beside the pool.

Unfortunately the dishwasher didn't work, but there are worse things. Pool should be cleaner.

to be honest about our stay, the apartment did not meet our expectations and especially the price... Overall the apartment was dirty and not maintained and we are very disappointed. Here is the list of what we were able to note even if I repeat that the general state of the apartment was really dirty: -the bathroom sink drains very badly and leaves stagnant water - the state of the shower: on the floor and the mold show a lack of maintenance. - the kitchen sink is rickety and can drop at any time - two of the kitchen shoes are rickety and dangerous because they can break - the floor was sticky so dirty throughout the apartment - the swimming pool was not functional because the water was stale, - a nauseating odor in the apartment was present

Continuons noise from water drops in the bathroom, forcing us to sleep at a hotel the second night, to catch up with the nightmare (no sleep) during the first. The owner did not Care so much about the situation.

Teresa was a kind and responsive host. The communication was great! We enjoyed the location and being a bit away from the bustle.

The place was decorated in a cool eclectic mix, in a very good Lisbon neighbourhood that felt like you were living in Lisbon vs. being a tourist. Great and timely advice and support from the host. And it boasted a sizeable back yard with a pool... an outdoor space is always a bonus. Thanks for the experience!

Communication with the host was great and the location was perfect - nice to be away from the main tourist hotspots. Really clean on arrival.

All the taps were loose, no light in the shower area. A fantastic terrace but unfortunately no decent garden furniture on it. There was furniture in the shared garden but what's the point of paying more for a terrace if you can't sit on it comfortably? What furniture there was is all rusty. The shower area was very run-down and felt dirty even though it wasn't.

Good location, near a bus stop, and 5 mins from the famous tram 28. It has a shop right near the accomodations. The rooms were very nice and with everything you need. One of the rooms had a really nice terrace, which was perfect for us to relax and plan the next day later in the evening. Also the communication with the host was very good... she helped me every time I asked her for some things.

The bathroom in one of the rooms was not quite that clean, but everything else was just fine.

Lovely appartment. Friendly host. Decent enough location. Lovely view. Large and well designed.

The host was really helpful. Because of COVID there was no face to face communication but only via whatsapp, but that was perfect. She helped us with all our questions, some extra services and we could also check out very late. Perfect.

Very modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and good shower. The location is also good, about 40min walk from the city center. Our host, Tereza, was very helpful and always ready to help. The lady who cleans is lovely as well. We forgot our keys one day and she and her husband helped us out. We had the appartment on the first floor and it had an amazing terrace, all for ourselves.

We were with our baby, and it was not very ideal during nap time, as this is more a loft than an appartment (there are no walls dividing the rooms). Although lovely place, a bit too small for the 3 of us. I think it is perfect for a couple or of you are traveling alone.
