We had a wonderful time. It’s a really cool spot and we wished we had our own boat to take out! There was plenty of space and we loved how clean it was. We would gladly come back.

Beach Townhouse is well designed with decks on each of 3 levels facing the water. Main living is on the second level with shaded deck and views of the Bay. Third level has the bedrooms with a sun deck off the master suite! Kitchen is well stocked with lots of cooking gear! Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas were a plus. Easy access to the beach, grocery stores, and the Bethany Beach Boardwalk! The owner was very helpful and responded to questions promptly.

Jeff was a great host! He was so welcoming and accommodating to our group. The house was great for a girls weekend and had everything we needed. Close to Bethany Beach and a quick 20 minute drive to OCMD which is where we spent most of our time. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area again!

Our family enjoyed the attention to detail at this property. The house has everything! Super layout for family gatherings. Pool was convenient and never crowded. Kids used it every day. Great location; close to everything. The supermarket is 5 mins away and has many options including prepared foods, a coffe bar and ice cream bar. The owner is fantastic. He was very responsive and helpful, and he obviously takes pride in pleasing guests. The decks with water views were a great place for drinks and dinners. Highly recommend this property and hope to visit again.

The house was well decorated, spotless, fully equipped and gorgeously located. The view from the two decks was so calming! Located on the water, we watched the rippling current, kayaks passing by, and the great scenery. Short drive to Bethany and the Delaware seashore. The pool was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend.

This was like staying at an all inclusive resort in that there was every amenity thought of and provided for, from washer and dryer, tvs in every room, down to labeling of the cupboards. House was very spacious and well laid out for our large group. Beautiful views off all three terraces and great lounge chairs and barbque set up. Right on water and easy walk to Hockers Supercenter and stores. An Oasis only 25 minutes from Ocean city boardwalk and beach and Bethany beach only 5 minutes away. Would go again - soon!

This is our 3rd summer staying at this property. The owner is incredibly accommodating, the townhouse is clean and extremely well-equipped, and the quiet marina setting is a nice 5-10-minute drive from downtown Bethany. I highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There was a little confusion regarding linens and towels - on the description it said they were provided and when we got there there weren’t any and Jeff said for a 3 night stay they were not provided - but we got it worked out and that was a small issue for a very lovely stay!!! We loved sitting on the deck watching the boats, ducks and turtles while drinking coffee and enjoying the very relaxing atmosphere! Quick drive to Bethany Beach! Didn’t even mind that we weren’t directly on the beach! Jeff had a fantastic welcome notebook with helpful hints for the house and surroundings - greatly appreciated since we had never been there before! I highly recommend this lovely home and if we return to Bethany beach we will definitely stay here again!

This is the best beach house we've stayed at by far. It's beautifully decorated, extremely clean, welled maintained and well stocked with all the essentials. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We could not have asked for anything more! Loved our time there.

Second time at Jeff’s three-level condo. It’s equipped with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Jeff is a very helpful host who is easy to communicate with should you have questions during your stay. Location is on a canal that goes into the bay. We brought our kayaks and bikes and used them all and the Delaware Seashore State Park is a short car ride away, making beach access very easy. We will be back!

This is our second summer staying at this property. The owner is extremely accommodating and responsive; the property is clean, equipped with all the necessities and much more; and the location is nice and quiet. We really enjoy being right on the marina, with decks overlooking the water. It is no more than a 10 minute drive to Bethany Beach and all of the shops and restaurants along the beach. There are also at least two grocery stores within a few miles of the property (one is within a few blocks). Highly recommend.

The house was great for 3 families with young children. The house was close to Bethany and Rehoboth. The outdoor patio near the water was the highlight! We grilled steaks and ate crabs with a nice view! The owner was very responsive to all inquiries!

I would like to say thank you so much to Jeff for sharing his amazing house with my family and myself. There is absolutely nothing that could possibly need while staying here besides food. Jeff has provided everything else. The house is wonderful and there is so much room. The location is very convenient and it is very easy to drive to all of the other places and find many things to do. My family and I will definitely be going back for future summers to come. Once again, thank you so much again Jeff for making my families vacation one that we will remember for a long time.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay! The home is nicely equipped and tastefully decorated. It was the perfect spot for our girls trip. Beautiful water views from every window. Very close to Bethany Beach and a short drive to Dewey and Rehoboth. Jeff was more than accommodating. We look forward to our next visit!

My friends and I decided to go out of town for a quick get away to relax. We spent the weekend in this warm feeling beach home.The home was very clean and spacious. The bedroom was made very neatly made, Every bed room had a flat screen TV. Even the basement and the living room area where the guys played video games. The bonus was every TV had netflix and I love me a watch netflix and drink wine day lol ! The bathroom was very clean and spotless. I cant stand a dirty bathroom when i don't feel comfortable using. We loved everything from the view of the outside lake, Especially in the Master Bedroom ( Which I stayed in and absolutely loved waking up too). We also had a view while cooking breakfast and dinner. We listen to the stereo that was provided while cooking. I loved the colors of the house that gave it that beach feeling even though we went in the winter time lol! The location of the beach house was everything! The beach was 15 minutes away but decided not to go because of the weather. We went to the Giant which was estimate of 4 minutes away. The kitchen had every cooking supplies you can think of and very clean. I just honestly had the best time! I already planned my second trip back for my birthday I can’t wait! P.S the house provide a book in a kitchen that shows you the nearest grocery stores, activities, etc. Any questions you may have is it that book, Especially if it was your first time in a beach home or in Delaware. Which was very helpful to us! Thank You Mr. Jeff for letting us rent out your beautiful home !

We were in town for a wedding. It's a shame that we were there in winter, but I can imagine that this would the perfect home for a summer rental. The house was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. I loved the 3 balconies and the decor was perfect! The owner, Jeff, was also very helpful and was quick to respond to my messages. I was definitely recommend to other families looking to stay in the area.

Even with this weekend being effected by Hermine we still had a great time! This property was beautiful with amazing views of the bay from each level of the home. It was close enough to the beach to go during the day and then come back to the house. Then our boys would fish, and even caught crabs off of the dock in the evening. There are televisions in every room that our boys enjoyed playing their video games on. We cooked and enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. We will definitely come back to this property again!

I can't find anything bad to say about this beautiful vacation home. It was very clean, spacious, plenty of bathrooms and the overall quiet area left for beautiful Nights sitting on one of the three decks. We would recommend this vacation place to anyone. It was close to anything you need within a five minute drive and even 15-30min. You could never be bored. We will be back!! Thank you Jeff for be very accommodating and available if we needed anything.

Our stay could not have been more amazing. Everything that we needed was inside of this home. The views outside of the home were incredible. On the first night we were planning our next trip back! Highly recommended!

My friends and I stayed at Jeff's house over a long weekend in July. Great communication throughout the booking process and smooth check-in. The house was very clean with lots of appliances in the kitchen, including a large pot for steaming crabs. We had a relaxing time in this home away from home. Highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful time spending the weekend at this home for a 30th birthday celebration. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The home is perfect for a large group because there is so much space and lots of accommodations for sleeping. The house is actually much larger than I expected than from the pictures! The views of the bay and the relaxing atmosphere are wonderful. We are already planning to come back. Spent a long weekend at Jeff’s place with a group of my cousins, just reuniting and catching up. The house and Jeff were both FANTASTIC! The house itself is incredibly clean and beautifully decorated with plenty of space to accommodate everyone - we all slept super comfortably, even those of us who were on the pullout mattress! The kitchen is well stocked and has a gorgeous bay windows that give you a great view and really let the sunlight in. It also have lots of different places to eat as a big group, with a dining room table and a table on the bottom porch where we grilled and then ate while looking out onto the water. The view is absolutely stunning at sunset - we ate in every night, just so that we could hang out on the different decks! As for location, it was super close to everything - only 5 minutes from Bethany and 15 from Ocean City, so you can still get to the beaches easily, but are able to get away and just hang out with your group when you get back. Jeff was accommodating and responsive throughout our entire trip. He made sure we had all the information we needed before we arrive, greeted us with a tour and had a book of tips and suggestions with information on where all the local stores and restaurants were. We had the best time and will DEFINITELY be back!!
