We loved the condo. Unfortunately, we had to leave early because of a death in the family and the owner was extremely cooperative. Great communication and very nice amenities. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment
Unfortunately we were not in the area for a "fun" vacation but rather preparing an elderly family member for a move to another state. However, if we had been, this apartment is centrally located yet in a beautiful neighborhood area, the owners are very responsive and all the basics were in the apartment to just walk in and be comfortable. We would definitely stay again. My only heads up is that when we viewed the photos online, the second bedroom had a single bed in it which was perfect for us but we arrived, the second bedroom had a pull out couch. The couch bed was very comfortable but it made for a very small room when open and the desk basically unusable. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We have stayed here multiple times and enjoyed our stay each time. This truly is a "home away from home"! It is clean, very well furnished, and conveniently located in Kirkland. Nicki and Emir are wonderful hosts and we look forward to staying here again!

Great rental, great location
Quiet, residential neighborhood conveniently located near shopping and dining in Kirkland and Redmond. Apartment was very comfortable (king size bed was really nice) and offered wonderful amenities (kitchen nicely stocked). Appreciated the workspace in the 2nd bedroom and loved having cable (not usually available in many vrbo listings). Communication with hosts - fantastic! The only concern we had was spotty wi-fi while working - had to use our hot spot a few times to connect with Zoom. I mentioned this to Emir and Nicky and they helped us out immediately.

Perfect reprieve
This was the perfect spot for my partner and me to stay, where we could be close to town and also have plenty of space to get some work done. It was so quiet and peaceful that we didn't really feel like we were in a neighborhood.

The best!!
Emir and Nicky are fabulous hosts and this VRBO apartment is fantastic. First of all, the photos represent the place exactly, all the fixtures and finishes and appliances are new. The unit was very clean and welcoming. I cannot say enough about how great Emir and Nicky are, they found out we were there to be with our son and daughter-in-law who were having their first baby and left the sweetest gift for our new grandson! Above and beyond. Do not hesitate to stay at this great location!!

In all of Bellevue and Kirkland this may be the nicest place to stay
I was there for a 4 week trial, the master bedroom is very comfortable from the bed to the shower. The second bedroom is a wonderful office (a little better internet speed at night would be even better), the kitchen and sitting area are wonderful. These folks think of everything, the stairs are lit automatically in the evening, there are non-skid strips on the stairs, the washer and driver are wonderful. If you are missing something, like dishwasher soap, magically, it appears after a text message to the owners. The only thing I don’t like about this place is that it is so wonderful, after writing this review, I will never be able to book it again. PS: it is 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Bellevue and 20 minutes from Seattle, but if you have a 4 to 5 days of work in the area, Whole Foods nearby, this is the place to stay. Hats off to the owners, they need to start a chain of well designed places for traveling business people.

A Perfect Stay
The apartment was just as advertised and a bit more. Lovely decor; great amenities; and some unexpected extras like pods for the Keurig coffee machine. We were so comfortable and hope to return when we visit Seattle again.

A Jewel in a Quiet Neighborhood
In this case, photos don't lie. This modern apartment has EVERYTHING, including a Keurig coffee machine with a week's supply of K-Pods and a new large screen TV with the ability to record programs. Although located in a quiet neighborhood, it is only minutes from I-405 with access to the vast areas surrounding Seattle and the east side. We had left our access instructions at home but Emir managed to return our emails while still at the airport, even though he was also away from home. This short stay in our home city became a most pleasant experience. It's "Good-bye" to Hilton's great selection of hotels and motels in the Puget Sound area.

Lovely great location
Was almost brand new, there are two apartments in a very modern house. Fully equipped kitchen. Showers were amazing! Very close to our family and easy to get to freeway and use backroads to Redmond, Bellevue and Kirkland. Would recommend!

Comforts of Home
We stayed at this property for 4 weeks, it had all the comforts of home. The place had upgraded finishes throughout, well decorated and inviting, everything about it was fantastic. The property host was very responsive to any questions or items that came up during the stay. I would recommend this place for a long or short term stay, a great property!

2 Thumbs Up on Short Notice Accommodations
My husband and I flew in for a conference and neglected to reserve a hotel room until of course even the overflow hotels were booked. We were so relieved to be able to rent this perfect space within reasonable distance from the conference hotel. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Quiet escape from the city
This property was exactly what we were looking for! We came to the Seattle area for our son's graduation from UW. Afterwards, we stayed for a few days of sightseeing. After a long day of touring it was so nice to come back to the apartment and relax. This is a great place and Emir and Nicky are very gracious hosts. Thanks for providing such a lovely place!

Immaculate property
My son has asthma and severe allergies to dust, mold and animals. It’s been extremely challenging for us to find a hotel or property that meets his standards and can comfortably accommodate his needs. Emir and Nicky have created a sanctuary property. Everything inside and out was immaculate. We were able to relax and feel at home while my son attended his doctors appointments. Thank you so much for all the thought and care you’ve invested into your property Emir and Nicky. It’s so appreciated.

Kind owners and comfortable and pristine property
My husband and I stayed in Emir and Nicky's property for a week while in town for medical treatment. The place was incredibly clean and comfortable, which are both extremely important to me. It was exactly what I had pictured it to be.
The full kitchen was so helpful in us being able to prepare meals, but the property was also close enough to take a quick drive to enjoy an evening out at local restaurant, if we wanted.
The neighborhood was quiet and several times we enjoyed the lovely outdoor sitting area in the evenings.
You really couldn't ask for a better property if you are looking for a quiet space, near any amenity you would need, to enjoy your time in Kirkland or other surrounding areas. We were delighted with our stay! Emir and Nicky we fantastic hosts!

Fabulous Kirkland Home!
My husband and I stayed in Emir’s home for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! Even tho it is a “basement” apartment it is full of daylight and does not give you the feeling of being in a basement. Rooms are good size, very comfortable bed, and having 2 bathrooms is always a plus! The kitchen is fully stocked, we found everything we needed there. The outside space is awesome! It is very relaxing and we very much enjoyed our time spent outside! I would’ve loved to have taken advantage of the fire pit but the weather was simply too warm, just perfect the way it was! The apartment is in a residential area, it is a very quiet area, very peaceful and easy to find. A parking spot is provided, right off the patio area. Emir’s apartment is a definite gem! We were very happy to call it our home away from home! Thank you, Emir and Nikky!

Great, quiet, clean,new Mother - law suite.
We stayed two weeks. Certainly worth every penny that was paid. The unit has easy access from anywhere in the Kirkland area, yet is situated on a very quiet street. There is a very modern kitchen with first class appliances. The showers in the bathrooms are spectacular. The heating or air conditioning units work perfect with even distribution of temperature throughout the unit. The living area is light and tastefully decorated and the huge TV in the living area also is first rate. There is an outdoor patio with a fire pit in the cooler months and a perfect place to relax outside during spring, summer, and fall. The owners are a very welcome surprise. You are treated like a family member visiting. They both were very communicative right from our first inquiry. We highly recommend this Property and we will return.
