The apt is very well located, very spacious, comfortable and well decorated. Everything was perfect all the family reccomends! Close to two waterbus stations and very easy to reach.

Very central, very close to restaurants, waterbus stops, main streets and squares. The checkin and checkout were easy and smooth and our host was very helpful. There are fully functional kitchen and laundry rooms available, so it would be great for longer stays as well. Both rooms have full bathrooms. There's an iron and a hairdryer (including a diffuser as info for all the curly people out there like me).

The bedroom with two separate beds is quite small, so keep it in mind. And the main bedroom bed seemed a bit unsteady even though it was used by 1 person only.

allocation of the property was excellent. Roberto the host was very helpful. The size of the apartment was also very good.

there was a heavy odor in the common areas of the building.

the floor in the master bedroom has a big cracking . we stayed there for 4 days, they only provided us 3 coffee pods.

The apartment was spacious and clean and located in a quiet area, but just only a few steps to great restaurants and shops and only 10 minute walk to San Marco square. The host was very helpful and made our stay excellent.

Brilliant location, near a cute square with good restaurants, 100m from San Samuele stop and walkable to all the main attractions. Host was very friendly and made an effort to check us in early. The apartment is just like the pictures.

Brilliant location. The managers to the property Roberto/ Matilde/ Susan are fantastic! Great place quiet and the house is beautiful 20-30 meters from san samuele ! Right in the heart of campo stefano great solid location! loved every bit! will surely comeback!

We loved our apartment. When we arrived we found out that the apartment we had booked was in need of repairs. As a result we were upgraded to an even more luxurious place to stay than we could have imagined. It was fantastic. Very conveniently located and plenty of room for us to spread out.
