Very friendly hosts with a great story to tell and an excellent restaurant on property

The restaurant was great and the food was really fresh and healthy. Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The room was really clean and reasonably comfortable.
One of the waiters on the Tuesday breakfast shift was very unattentive and did not take care of the customers, which was unfortunate as he really let his team down.
There was no tea/coffee machine in the room as quoted in the information. The shower needs to be improved and some soap would have been useful. It would have been nice to have somewhere outside to relax during the day - try adding some additional touches such as simple added value items - quality soap, shampoo etc. Coffee/tea maker - it will help you to stand out and make all the difference to your customers.

A pretty spot well off the main road.
Extraordinary Architecture and amazing interior.
our place, the Caveli house, had no way to hang clothing, and no place to put folded clothing or even a place to put a suitcase.

Unique hotel. Great location.

This is a beautiful place to stay, so much thought has gone into the rooms, each in separate buildings representing regions of the world visited by the innkeepers. Our room showcased beautiful pieces of furniture and carvings from Africa. The restaurant with the hotel is superb and clearly very popular. Furthermore, when we mentioned, after arriving and going to dinner, that there was an issue with the toilet in our room, it was fixed immediately. Well worth staying her for an artistic experience.
Maybe lighting could be brighter, maybe use LED lights

The accommodation was beautiful and comfortable
It was pretty isolated, when I arrived food and drink wasn’t available, staff left and it was pretty quiet. I couldn’t find the beach walking. The listing indicated I could hear it, see it and smell it all of which led me to believe it was at least within walking distance but all I saw were angry dogs, people and signs that said no beach access.

Our room at Nomada Hotel was really nicely designed, in an African theme, and all the other room seem to have a great theme. All the equipment were working and the bed was super comfortable.
We did not have the opportunity to test to restaurant and the staff were really friendly and flexible when it came to arrival / check out.
The room itself was a bit dusty but it did not bother us at all, and it is to be expected considering all the surroundings is sand.
We never manage to find the access to the beach

the decoration is unique. You cannot appreciate the beauty of the room by just looking at the pictures. Every detail was creating an atmosphere of India.

The restaurant downstairs is the best in La Ventana. We really love it. The rooms seem very nice and well decorated. This is one of the best places in LV to stay in definitely.
The room we got was so small compared to the photos, and this wasn't specified, we expected a much bigger and nicer room. The water on the shower gets stuck as well, that was a little unconfortable. And no internet. They have internet signal, it just doesn't work.

An absolutely stunning room in a beautiful location. This was my first time booking a “nice” hotel for myself, and the experience blew me away. The rooms are little (extraordinary) beautiful cabins with different cultural aesthetic themes. Felt like staying in a whimsical village (that was secure). The staff were so kind! The little cafe and restaurant was a lovely place to sip a cerveza at night in the fairy-like garden, and there was plenty of more affordable eating options just around the corner down the main road. Bonus was getting to use a big, old fashioned brass key to lock my room—loved it! I can’t wait to bring my friends here! This would be a perfect romantic retreat for a honeymoon or lover’s trip.

Friendly staff, incredible veiws and great restaurant
Roosters wake you up at 445am every morning (not hotels fault) and barking dogs and dog fights during the night can make sleeping challenging. Beds are fairly hard but great value for veiws and ammenties

We loved the unique casitas. The owners put an incredible amount of thought into each casita. Beautiful tile work.
We were delighted that there was a fabulous restaurant on the property! We ate all of our meals there in a lovely setting and did not feel the need to search out other restaurants.

No hot water. No Wi-Fi. Room was not cleaned properly during our stay.

Pretty much everything - the architectural and cultural themes to the lodging, the central location, the simplicity of spaces, and most definitely - the restaurant. We had some seriously good meals during our stay. Blanca and her wonderful staff are passionate about offering clean, healthy food that’s prepared with care and creativity. Just don’t be in a hurry!
Hiram went above and beyond to get us there safely ( many delayed flights and driving a rental car in from Cabo late at night - not recommended!) and helped us numerous times with great advice and numerous insights. Thanks Hiram!
Some people might have issues with the lack of certain room amenities ( no hair dryer, very basic bedding, funky door locks, mini fridge humming away on the floor, etc.) but we’ve traveled all over the world and had everything we needed there for a great stay.
The accommodations are clean, simple, elegant, and affordable. If you come to La Ventana to predominantly stay in your room, you’re really in the wrong place.

It is an unforgettable place.
Maybe some fences for privacy made out of flowers/shrubs or some such thing, depending on the location in the world. But I am treating this question as mandatory. It really doesn’t need a thing.

Minor things like the small fridge was setting on the floor. One bench for suitcases.
Very unique place to stay. The staff was great. The restaurant was amazing. We will come back again.

Quiet, nice view, and food was amazing!
The front gate could be a bit easier to use.. More like going through an animal pen..

The facilities and details are great and evoke North Africa, Morocco and the Middle East. The Moroccan room is spacious, the bathroom is very nice, and again, the details.
It would be worth having furniture to lean back a bit or stretch your feet on the terraces. However, we didn't need them.
