La luz que entra por la noche es fantástica debido al enorme ventanal, la ducha es maravillosa y espaciosa, todo decorado con mimo. El suelo es agradable incluso para ir descalzo. Tiene cafetera y cápsulas. La ducha tiene mucha presión. El jabón, gel y champú huelen increíble. Inga es muy simpática y muy muy amable.

Por poner una pega: el colchón me suele gustar un poco más firme; y también, al tener los techos tan altos, cuesta mucho que la calefacción haga efecto.

Loved everything about this place. In a wonderful location, quiet at night, fantastic breakfast and service from the staff. Spacious clean rooms with a great bathroom/shower as well. Wish we could have stayed longer

Loved everything about this property. Absolutely made our first trip to Florence spectacular. Cannot fault anything about our stay, staff made it even better with recommendations for restuarants.

The bed was a bit creaky, not an issue for us but we were just mindful in case it disturbed other guests.

We had an issue w the drain in the shower that gave off a smell of sewage, but staff were very helpful in addressing this

No feather pillows

This was probably the best experience of our France and Italy vacation, and there were many good ones. First, the staff were exceptional - friendly, welcoming, and very informative; especially the young lady who checked us in and saw at other times as well. Second, the room was very large and beautiful. I am not sure if all the rooms are the same, but it even had a fresco on the ceiling that was discovered during the renovation. The staff gave us a lot of great information, including wonderful restaurants to go to. Loved our stay; wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent location, but few amenities. Really just a place to sleep

The location was amazing, staff where always great. Our room was made up every day with fresh towels, that was really good as we had quite a few showers every day with the hot weather.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the air conditioning wasn’t great.

Property was clean, great location, and the staff was very helpful.

The air conditioning was terrible. It room temperature was around 76 degrees which was not comfortable for sleeping. Also, the photos depicted in the description of this hotel are not the one we received which was also very disappointing.

The location of the hotel is brilliant and is in easy distance to the city centre and all the main sites including the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizzi and the Duomo. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spotless. But the best thing was the help we got from the staff who worked there. Inga was amazing. She was really welcoming and friendly and gave us some great suggestions, all of which were great. Nothing was too much trouble and we genuinely felt very looked after there. I would recommend staying here and we would definitely come back and stay next time we’re in Florence. Thank you for a great stay.

The aircon was ok but not brilliant, but we stayed during a heatwave so I’m not sure anywhere in Florence was cool!

This was the first time we stayed across the river -- and it was the absolute best! Great neighborhood -- lots of tiny restaurants with local and traditional cuisine. An easy walk to the center. Also the most amazing staff - Evita went out of her way to help us. Breakfast was excellent -- a great value for the money!

We had an exceptional stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I am particular, and I was quite impressed. A beautiful room and excellent location. Easy to walk to all of the top sights and many shops and restaurants. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Managed to get a discount deal on Booking.com - had an amazing room in the centre of Florence at a reasonable price. I have to say the staff here were expectional - from the moment we arrived, welcomed out the front and parking sorted for a our hire car. The friendliness and enthusiam of the team to support us during our stay was really appreciated - really added to the experience. Of course, the room was outstanding.

Very hard to pick fault with our stay at this place. Everything was perfect.

No sound proof door or windows

We had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo, where the kind and helpful Evita who welcomed us made us feel right at home. The apartment was absolutely fantastic, providing ample space and all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was delightful, and the bedding was superb. Moreover, Evita provided us with excellent recommendations for exploring the center of Florence. All staff were excellent and we have also appreciated the very good breakfast served in a beautiful room. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience. We could not imagine a better place to stay when we come again to Florence.

Basic interiors and over priced

A Boutique hotel in an excellent location, within easy walk of central Florence. It is situated near to a large square with plenty of places to eat and drink. The room was a good size with large bed & excellent bathroom. The staff at the hotel were amazing and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. They recommended some great restaurants and even handled the bookings for us.
