Very sumptuous property, amazing rooms. Special shoutout to the staff (reception, cleaning, valets), who were extremely accommodating. Lake view was gorgeous!

Breakfast was very good, but felt sometimes a bit understaffed.

La facturation indécente du petit chien , compte tenu de son non acceptation dans les services de l'hotel. Ceci est redibitoire dans ma vision d'un relais chateaux.

The hotel was in a fantastic location and was so quiet. The main areas in the hotel were beautiful and so tastefully decorated. The staff were all very friendly and approachable.

The room was very hot and we could not control the heating. The bed was uncomfortable (too firm) and there were not enough pillows to choose from to meet our preference. The coffee machine did not always work and the plug was difficult to access and it had some bare wires so it made us nervous to use it. The fridge did hum all night - this was more noticable because the room was so quiet. The shower head would not stay in one place and kept falling down or moving around and you had to keep adjusting it during taking a shower.

Très bien situé, le personnel attentionné et agréable, le petit déjeuner très bon, la chambre spacieuse et la literie parfaite.
