Very friendly stuff. Nice location. Compareably cheap. We had a parking lot included.

We had two single beds placed beside each other. It's not very comfortable for a couple. One bed only was too small for both of us. There was no sign telling the room service not to come in. The breakfast was ok, but I would have expected it to be more "Italian", better coffee, etc. The air conditioning had no °C scale and quite a delay so it was hard not to have it too warm or too risky for getting sick ...

Zimmer war perfekt,ohne Balkon aber dafür gab es eine Gemeinschafts-Terrasse. Frühstück war ausreichend. Toast,Gebäck,Croissants,Pancakes,Käse,Salami,Speck,Schinken,Tomaten,Müsli,Yoghurt,Obstsalat,… und noch vieles mehr. Am besten war der Kaffee. Der Gastgeber war Top,hat uns gleich geholfen beim einparkten,da die Plätze etwas knapp bemessen sind. Hatten einen Fahrradträger mit drauf. Haben auch 1x früher Frühstücken gehen können,da wir am BikeMarathon teilgenommen haben und sich das mit der Frühstückszeit überschnitten hat. Der Weg in die Altstadt dauert nur kurz. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

All in all, this is a really nice hotel. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always concerned in maximising the customer's experience. The breakfast is a kill. Very nicely stocked buffet to start the day on the right side. Quite conveniently, it runs from 7:30 to 10:30, so pretty nice for early birds as well as for big sleepers. The property and rooms are neat and clean. I would certainly stay in that hotel the next time I am in beautiful Riva del Garda.

I was a little bit disappointed by the following: 1/ lighting of the room is a bit too low. only a LED ribbon on top of the bed 2/ ceiling in the bathroom (and in the shower) a little bit too low (but I'm 1.9 m tall) 3/ shower a little bit too narrow (looks like 60cm per side) 4/ parking lot might be crowded. you better come with a small car than a big suv. nonetheless this is still a big plus of the hotel from my point of view.

Very good value for money. Breakfast excellent with fresh items available to guests.

Maybe the parking facilities. Personally never had any problem as regards to find a parking lot however sometimes I found it quite difficult to manouver the car in limited space.

We stayed for a week and it was great, it’s a family owned property which means the benefit of them really caring about your stay, everyone was very accommodating with all our requests. Location is amazing. Definitely recommend staying here!

It was very nice and comfortable the apartment for three people, and the staff very friendly and kind! An excellent choice, value for money hotel for vacation at Riva del Garda!
