La habitación era muy grande, luminosa, con balcón, parecía un mono ambiente.
Sobresale la limpieza, amabilidad y cordialidad del personal.
El desayuno es muy abundante, una sola vez cenamos en el restaurante del hotel y la comida fue excelente.
El estacionamiento, que es subterraneo, es muy amplio.
El hotel se encuentra muy cerca del centro de Salerno, al cual íbamos caminando. Con respecto a la playa, sólo bastaba cruzar la calle para acceder a ella. El mar es hermoso!!!.

breakfast is generous with a wonderful view on sea and mountains. The room is clean and large size with a balcony. Location is near the train station and along the see, perfect. Room is very quiet, no noise at all.
the only minus is the wifi that is less than optimal. Strong everywhere, it is too weak inside the room.

Near the station.
Room was small for the price. Restaurant was chaotic. Asked about the restaurant at 6.30pm only to be told no booking system and no menu, though they eventually found a hand written menu. Told to come back in 1 hour. Raining so I wanted to eat in. 7.45 the restaurant was heaving. Then my main course was brought out half way through my starter. Never known anything like it.

nothing worked in the room. it was not as well located as we were lead to believe. the staff was Not friendly at all

I love this hotel. The location & staff are amazing.
The property is in need of updating & paint.
Probably due to the Covid shutdown, revenues were scarce. Hopefully they will repaint the rooms.

very run down, rooms needed attention curtain hanging off window. Tv not working. If you go to the gym the lift door does not open very dangerous. Breakfast very poor. The only thing grand about this hotel is the name very disappointing.

it’s position , just a 5 minute walk to the centre
bed was comfortable, really good service at breakfast as I’m gluten free. they catered for me well .

The staff were fantastic!!
The soap dispensers, the plumbing was a little weird. Hot and cold check in and out sometime and the shower with bath valve gave more or less pressure sometimes.
If the bar was better we would probably had a few drinks there but it was very bad with very little stock. So we went elsewhere.

The rooms were clean and the staff is efficient
The breakfast is not so good and is always the same food. The beds were two single beds placed together even though we booked a single double bed which made sleeping uncomfortable. The shower kept loosing water pressure so there where times you were left with just a little stream of water while showering

The room was much bigger than I expected and contained 5 people with no problem.
Having two bathrooms for the whole family was above and beyond.
The facilities in the room were modest but perfectly sufficient.
The room was relatively clean, but they could have made an extra effort to make it really clean.

No way a four star hotel
Very clean rooms but everything thing needs updating.
Pictures on the website made the hotel look very upto date but very shabby outside.
Needed a good clean. Hotel would give you depression after a week. Definitely would not return. 2-3 star at best

It was right next to the beach as that’s what we came for, the town was a lovely walk away along the coast nice location close to everything especially the train station. Room was very big, good aircon and clean can’t ask for much more.
there wasn’t any cooked options at breakfast and I feel there should be considering the price. Some updating maybe needed in rooms but didn’t bother us as we’re still clean and had lots of space so maybe wasn’t a 4* hotel
