I paid for a Superior room, the room was not “Superior”, small, shower over bath (which I hate!)

Highly recommended. Very good location, is on the main road of Protaras. Our room and all the public areas were very clean. The personnel was very friendly, polite and helpful. I already booked my next visit in August.

Room facilities were good as were all staff we encountered. The pool area was also very good with excellent sunbeds & facilities for eating & drinking while bathing/sunbathing.
Our room was opposite the road to a bar which had nightly live entertaintment & this would be too loud for light sleepers & those with young children.

for a 3 star hotel this hotel was really clean, recently refurbished and was in the perfect location for travelling into town or down to Ayia Napa
as like other reviews I had a room facing the pubs and clubs so the music can be very loud until 2am in the morning if you are trying to get an early nights sleep

The hotel personal was great. I would not dream for more helpful people. The breakfast was very very good. It has 3 pools and a pool bar, which was great. It is close to the beach and food shops.
My room, 209 was on the on the side with some pretty loud bars at night. Considering that the "live" performances were not so great an that the windows were not sound proof, this made it a bit uncomfortable to fall asleep in some nights.

Situation of hotel at the start of the Protaras strip with plenty of restaurants and pubs right on door step.swimming pools were very clean and well maintained. Beautiful cushioned sunbeds.

Loved the pool and the outdoor bar facilities! Room was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was good, however it could’ve done with a little more choice and variety.

hard to say… only lobby area looks nice

breakfast is very-very poor. coffee is disgusting believe for the price they ask per night they can try better
room is very small, bedlinen is very-very old, you can see through it
pillows are not comfortable at all, thanks god i took mine from home
bathroom is tiny and old
the hotel stands on the main road, next to karaoke bar and fountain show. as windows are cheap and old, you can enjoy karaoke night in your room

Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was convenient.
Breakfast was okay. But the food at lunch hour wasn't good at all. Dinner was okay

Only stayed one night but was a perfect location and hotel very nice, the pool area was nice with comfy sun beds.
The room was a little on the small side but clean and comfy.
The breakfast wasn’t very good and little choice, the tea/coffee was cold.
Breakfast could have been better, not much choice.
