Beautiful peaceful surroundings, friendly welcoming staff. Nice big room with a great view, we were in the Chestnut room. Lovely Spa and gym facilities. Excellent breakfast.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and attentive and really made that extra effort with all guests. We ended up changing room from a twin to a double which they were great with - sorted within minutes of us asking. On arrival, we were picked up from the airport and brought to the hotel. Then give recommendations for restaurants, shopping and tailors. The dining area and bar area was lovely as it opened up to the fantastic pool. Happy hour was at 4 and they make great cocktails. The room had a lovely balcony and was very clean and spacious. AC worked perfectly in our room and there was a big bath in the room along with a separate shower. The Cleaning staff were great and blitzed the room each day. Breakfast was very good. The location was good- it’s about a 15/20 minute walk into old town but they also lend you bikes if you like. We just walked. We enjoyed the walk there and back though pre and post meals. Although definitely more than 10 mins.

Nothing to flag here. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here when we’re in Hoi An again.

We were locked out of our room one day and our electronic key cards had to be reprogrammed. But this was quickly dealt with.

The location and standard of the hotel was very good. It was in a quiet location in extensive grounds. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

The hotel was well located, though down a tricky narrow country lane/drive. Breakfast was very nice as was the room.

The accommodation we were allocated was located at the top of the building and not fully accessible by the lift. We needed to negotiate two narrow corridors and two more small flights of stairs. Some one less physical would really struggle. The room itself was fine, though had low covered hanging ceiling beams, where anyone above 175-180cm would be hitting their head. The window was small and 160cm off the floor, so. there was no direct view from the room. The bathroom/ensuite was dated and in serious need of an upgrade and or maintenance. it also had no ventilation
