Manque un peu d'insonorisation avec la rue.

L' emplacement était idéal, l'aparthotel vient d'être rénové, mon studio était bien situé au calme, propre, bien équipé, bien décoré. La literie était très confortable, la salle de bain spacieuse. Le personnel est chaleureux, accueillant et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner est varié.

Ça manque un peu de rangements pour les vêtements. Et la cuisine à l'intérieur d'un placard n'est pas très pratique. Ça reste cependant un détail à l'appréciation de chacun.

Accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Tout est mis en oeuvre pour vous satisfaire, un accès rapide à sa chambre, des petites attentions jus de fruit confiserie, peignoirs de bain, chaussons. Tout relève d'une prestation hôtelière de standing. A deux pas du vieux Nice, de la promenade et des magasins.

Beautiful rooms in a stylish newly decorated hotel. The little kitchenette is a lovely touch and the bes is super comfortable. The staff are so friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. The location is very central, just around the corner from the main square.

我只能说惊为天人，太喜欢这家了，完全不想离开呀😭，甚至觉得如果我以后去旅游的每一个城市，都有这家酒店的话，我一定都要选择它！ 这次是没有计划突然的一个旅行，所有东西都是出发提前三天定的，我实在没有想到这个价格居然可以住得这么棒！从第一天checkin过去，一进去从一楼就感受到超级fancy的室内设计，很新很干净，而且丝毫没有装修的味道，有淡淡的香薰，好喜欢。到下午拿房卡入住时，居然还免费帮我们升级了房间！嵌入式的小厨房，mini bar，厨具餐具咖啡，不要太齐全！忘记带充电器和拖鞋都帮我解决了！ 还有早餐，特别特别优惠的价格，品种意外的丰富，问说住在其他酒店的朋友也想来体验一下不知道行不行，也被回答说当然可以！连checkout离开时，特别亲切得帮我提行李下楼，住的三天里遇到的一男一女两位工作人员，真的谢谢你们这么这么的友好，让我在这里的体验这么完美！我真的爱上尼斯了，一定会回来！下次再见！

La décoration est tellement agréable,les personnes sont gentilles,ils nous proposent la chambre plus grande en gardant le même prix.Pratique pour le transport et la promenade.

Vor und während des Besuches perfekter Service. Hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Wünsche wurden ohne Probleme ausgeführt. Zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Wir empfehlen gern und kommen bestimmt wieder. Für Nizza eines der besten Hotels bisher. Komme seit über 20 Jahren nach Nizza mit preiswerten und gehobenen Hotels.

This hotel was amazing! Stayed here for 5 days and would definitely come back! The rooms look exactly like the pictures and everything was new and renovated. Compared to other hotels in France these rooms were big. They had umbrellas and towels that you can take to the beach and the staff here are amazing, they were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, when I needed help to find the best way to get to another town they didn't hesitate to help. I loved that it was close to everything, walking distance to old town and neighborhood felt very safe. Thank You !

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Pauline! The room and bathroom was very spacious and modern, and hotel is in a great location - very close to shopping and restaurants as well as easy walking distance (10 mins max) to beach and Old Nice. Highly recommend

Wonderful hotel, perfectly welcoming and dedicated staff, beautiful decor, clean rooms, great location, accurate depiction online, everything exceptional. would have given 10 stars if it were not for the bad sound isolation.

So apparently after reading other hotels reviews this is very common in Nice - but the sound isolation from the room to the corridor was horrible. I asked for a quiet room in advance of my stay which the hotel was very happy to provide (it was facing the quiet backyard where there are no renovation works, the window isolation was very good and I did not hear anything from the neighboring rooms). However around 8-9 am I was woken up by housekeeping in the corridor which you could hear distinctly inside the room (the room door is like a simple thin door within an appartment or house and the walls also don’t seem great). There is nothing the staff can do. In fact they gave me a little gift for waking me up but the issue remains of course. so if you are planning on sleeping in - don’t. :-)

There was nothing to not like.

I was looking for a safe hotel with clean rooms and a good location, and Aparthotel AMMI Nice Lafayette definitely was it! The shops, the old town, the beach and tram stops are all very close. The neighborhood was safe. Room was extremely clean, fresh, stylish, comfortable and well-equipped! Staff were very helpful and kind all the time. Definitely will stay here the next time I’m visiting Nice!

Location is perfect with easy access to old town and the beach. Hotel staff were helpful and welcoming ! Would and will stay again once we go back.
