The only think was not nice the temperature of hot water I put maximum and it was still just warm water.

Old furniture, I felt like a time traveler in Soviet union.

I really like Alexandra, a receptionist who is the only one of the staff I met who speaks English fluently, charismatic, confident and with a smile on her face, I pray that the administration could offer her full time work as receptionist. I really like the cleaning in the hotel , these cleaning ladies work very hard to get this hotel very clean and tidy.

Except for Alexandra, the staff don't speak English, few are blunt with expressionless faces. The picture of old TV. Is blurred and fuzzy, the bed was squeaking and made noise once you move. For 2 times handy man came to fix but no vain.

I really like the cleaning staff who has made the hotel very clean and tidy. Actually Alexandra is the only receptionist who speaks fluent English, friendly and very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel offer very delicious food at a cheap price. Svetlana who works in the restaurant is very helpful, nice and friendly. Also I like following the regulations about safety and health hyigene regarding Covid19.

The bed was not comfortable and the Tv. picture was blurred. The internet got a hit and miss. I complained twice and the handy man tried but nothing has changed.

I very much like the location. I also like the appearance at nighttime under the streets lights. Bus 12 is also helpful.

I left and forgot a baggage at this hotel. I hope maybe to visit again.

The room was okay for an overnight stay: clean and warm. Shower and toilet were tiny, but clean and located close to the room (shared facilities). My window looked on the busy road, however, I did not hear much noise.

The hotel was supposed to have Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, it was not available in my room. This made the value for money not so great: I paid close to 600 UAH for one night, breakfast was not included. Overall, if you are not in a rush to book something, or flexible to look for a place farther from Holosiivska metro station, take your time and check other options.
