The Italian restaurant offers buffet only and no a la cart. The blinking leon lights outside the hotel is light pollution n the roof top boilers for the spa of the nearby hotels is noisy. booking.com said the booking offer includes early check in n late check out is not recognised by the hotel at all. don’t find the staff response to my enquiry on this is friendly at all.

the best thing for me was the Hot Spring and Spa that was connected to the Hotel. they gave two passes per day which I enjoyed, similar to Japanese Onsen.

Vey out dated rooms, no USB ports, cabinets looked about 30 years old. , show was very hard to control, toilet washlet didn/t wark. etc.

at the reception they told that breakfast is until 10:30 and it was a shame to get there at 10:05 to be told “breakfast is over at 10:00, we are finished”

The hotel must check out before 11am. i checked out at 12:30 because reason reason, only one hour and half late, when i made a phone call about my late checkout time to be requested 100,000KWR for it by hotel. Sunday morning i woke up because my room outside very noisy Korean people talking around more than one hour. And NO shampoo NO conditioner NO body wash NO toothpaste NO toothbrush.

It was good for a short stay.

Booked the room with hot spring access. Guests have 10% off restaurants on the property (ask the front desk for a printed coupon), and we opted to have a lovely traditional meal at Korean Restaurant Nae Dang, which was one of the highlights of our stay apart from the hot spring. The gym is also large and well equipped, and the staff were very helpful as well, helping us to call cabs and also providing directions to nearby attractions as needed.

The keycards were not working when we checked-in at about 4pm, but the staff managed to get it sorted out by about 6pm.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Cleaner who was in charge for my room was super nice always cleaning to the best. This place is all around comfy and convenient. I love their free daily tickets to the Public Bath (Huh-Sim-Chung- Best hot spring bath in Busan).

Very warm hearted staff, very helpful. Nice restaurant with rich breakfast and also wonderful buffet for dinner.

Shall be only 4 star. 5 star hotel mustn'e be at this level in terms of facilities and interior decoration.
