nice big building under renovation big rooms

some rooms are very old , very far from city abt 35 kms no taxis you have to use the hotel transport which is expensive big pool but not reachable only one resturant/coffee shop otherwise hotel is dead

Everything was great the food, ambience and staff and service but it was at quite a distance from the airport and my work spot so I found that inconvenient…. If it was a family vacation I’d definitely pick this hotel

Food was good. Little bit maintenance needed in rooms, elevator.

Ala carte menu choice is less. Better to increase items.

Nothing to like in this property. I can't believe that this much bad property belongs with ITC. FOOD, STAY, CLEANING, POOL everything was horrible.

Booking.com showing Bathtub available. That's why I booked it. But there is no bathtub in the property only. Full waste of money. I waste 32,000 for bad experience

Nothing is there to Like. Breakfast and one Cake o ordered that's only we liked. Otherwise worse experience.

Worst Food Quality. Taste and Meat both are not good at all. Washroom and Room was not cleaned. Staff Behavior is very cheap. Don't know how to do friendly and star hotels behavior. Pool is like local pond. Not clear at all. After calling 3 times we got Bath Towel. I booked room for Bathtub. But there is no bathtub room available in hotel. Just Worst Experience. Booking.com also gave wrong photos and information here. I'll never recommended booking.com and this hotel.
