I had a very nice view from my room. Everything was clean. The food was also good.

Good location, very close to the Old Town of Malia. The swimming pool was pleasant and the hotel offers a bar-restaurant service just around the pool.

Our room was full of mosquitos and the room was very hot. It was impossible to leave working the AC while we were out during the day because it needed an electric key attached to the room keys.

Modern, clean and extremely comfortable. The room offered fantastic views of both the mountains and sea, with the ability to watch the sun rise each day! The swimming pool and surrounded areas were excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.

Brilliant, friendly staff. Made us feel right at home, and the location was not too far away from the main strip, but quiet enough for my friends and I to enjoy some peaceful moments by the pool. Food and service was of the highest quality.

Great staff, great location, right by the mountain, away from noisy roads and right at the entrance to the hiking trail! This is perhaps the best ratio of location, price and service that Malia can offer!

Everything is great!!!

Very friendly, knowledgable and well trained staff. Our room, keys, remote controls were sterilzed. They followed the pandemic protocol properly which made us feel comfortable. Although the grilling facility was unavailable, they offered to grill the food we have already prepared in their main kitchen by their chef. It was perfectly grilled. We really appreciate it too! The bed was comfortable but I hope they have a thicker blanket since the room is airconditioned. The room is very spacious. It is also located in a very peaceful area yet not too far from the city center and beach. The pool area is nice and has enough sunbeds for the guests. We loved the mountain view from the pool/restaurant area. The restaurant also offer good food. Our favorite was their Carbonara Special, Pork Chop and fresh orange juice. Thank you for making our stay pleasant!

The aircondition in our room (14) makes really loud noises between 8 and 9 in the morning. At first, we thought it was from the garden but we figured that it was the aircondition. We love the garden infront of our terrace but at night crickets were noisy. I had no problem about it but my friend had. Grilling was listed as one of their facilities but we were informed that it's only available if we book the whole Villa (how we understood). The place is spacious but the bathroom is small. The shower area didn't have curtains or something to cover, so everything gets wet (toilet seat and sink) everytime we showered.

Apartments are beautifully located! If you want to relax and chill out thats the best place to stay. Staff were amazing! You con feel like at home there.

Nature, view, pool. It was very clean, comfortable. Covid free, for sure, with all covid precorsions.

It was little bit far from the beach. We were going by car.
