I very much appreciate that this hotel is reducing the amount of plastic waste by having a water dispenser where you can fill in a reusable bottle provided by the hotel. Great lobby, very nicely designed.

The hotel staff were brilliant! They really couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were comfortable, not terribly spacious but enough for all ones needs. The location was also excellent. Very close to the large Masjid, park, water village, canal, museums, malls and local shops. The local people are friendly and polite.

What's not to like?

Free refillable good quality water dispenser. Hotel lobby is beautiful and picture worthy with its minimalist yet contemporary interiors.

AC was a bit loud and lack of hotel facilities such as swimming pool.

The location is perfect, in the center.

Struggle to get parking, since the hotel did not have parking lot.

Wifi drops easily. Couple of times during meeting. Other than that, rest are fine.

I loved the overall ambience of the hotel. It has a beautiful lobby area and a wonderful restaurant. The location was perfect if you need to go to town early in the morning for Bandarku Ceria events.

I got injured the morning of my stay and I wanted to order room service so I could stay in my room and rest, but it was not available untill 11.00am; so this was a bit of an inconvenience for me. Also, it took a while to get hot water from the shower in my room, and the shower “sings”.

Very easy to find food. If you check in on thursday or saturday, you can go to Tamu Kianggeh early in the morning to buy budget food.

The bathroom needs scrubbing and lights. Other than that, it was great. Had an issue regarding booked room saying i have to cancel my bookings through booking.com due having no room available. However, in the end i managed to check in very late. The air-conditioning needs servicing

The room service meal we ordered was pretty good.

Booking should inform the guest the hotel is under renovation also no car park

The room is nice, also it has Netflix! The location is very convenient bcos its in the middle of the city.

For me the room is just too pricey bcos the room is quite small. The hot shower sometimes did not come out hot/warm, its just cold. Also there is a misunderstanding about how many rooms we booked. But in the end it resolved. Its just we can only checked in after 4/5pm. Its very late. But the hotel gives us late check out also. Very considerate. Thank you for that
