Hassle free check in. This is not my 1st time staying here but my 1st time booking with this agent, Mei Mei She is very prompt with her response

Parking and communication. My last visit to Kuching was 6 months ago. I would expect tht i got the updates face to face that parking system has changed. Last time it was charged per entry. But now is per hour. It was my fault that i missed the updates and did not read the msgs as i was bringing young kids for travel. Parking was charged RM54 per night Mei mei was nice to pay for me as i was already at the gantry. And today i found out tht the parking fees for 2 cars were deducted from my deposit. Do i have a right to know that it got deducted from my deposit? I was not informed until i saw the invoice.

Felt like home. Apartment was clean and tidy. Facilities provided met our satisfaction. Everyday we cooked and did laundry easily in the apartment. Thank you to Mei Mei for always there to answer my questions before and throughout our stay ❤🙏🏽

A bit far from places I wanted to visit and felt even farther during peak hours due to the traffic! but no big deal still enjoyed staying at your place 😄
