The building's scale within the city is totally odd

- Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - Zimmer war top und schön eingerichtet - Frühstück war absolut Weltklasse. Kaffee vom Barista, verschiedene front stage cooking Angebote, sehr breite Auswahl an Speisen - gut ausgestattetes und gepflegtes Gym - Parkplatz kostenlos - Lage top und zentral, sodass man die City gut zu Fuß entdecken kann - direkt am Hotel befindet sich eine riesige Shoppingmall, die man per direkten Durchgang vom Hotel erreicht (Klamottenläden, Starbucks & Co.)

- der Pool hat nicht wirklich zum relaxen eingeladen. Da war viel Hektik und viele Leute.

Fantastic location, Carpenter Street across the street, India Street behind the entrance, the riverfront a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast had many Western & Asian choices of cereals, eggs, fruits etc. Twin room was large, a/c very effective, large windows with great view. The staff are incredibly friendly & helpful.

The pool is located on the 4th floor in the bar area, so the area doesn’t see the sun at all & the water is not heated. There’s a family of pigeons that use the pool too! One evening the pool/bar area was closed due to a private function, which was inconvenient as I’d planned to watch the water & light show from there.

Love the hotel. It's so strategically located and it is so conveniently attached to a mall. Food was not a problem at all. Alhamdulillah. Love the team. They were super helpful. And the room was simply lovely. Since we faced the waterfront, we were able to see the fireworks from our room :) unforgettable experience. Alhamdulillah.

Room has a full view to Waterfront so really enjoyed that. Short distance from the airport. Location is super, all tourist attractions are in walking distance here. The market and mall are full of culture and interesting products. Pool has the greatest view of waterfront and soothing. Luggage service after checking out is very thoughtful when you have a late flight.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, man war sehr schnell an der Promenade. Zudem war das Frühstück super, es hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt und war ansprechend angerichtet. Es gab leckeren Kaffee aus einer Siebträgermaschine und das Ambiente ist auch schön. Das Hotel ist direkt an eine Mall angeschlossen, was auch praktisch ist.

Das Zimmer stinkt extrem muffig. Wenn die Klimaanlage aus war (Karte muss im Zimmer bleiben, sonst Klima aus), war es aufgrund des Gestanks nicht im Zimmer auszuhalten. Der Schrank mit der Minibar stinkt nach gammeligen Käse- hier wurde wohl seit längerer Zeit nichts mehr gereinigt. Zudem war der Minibar-Kühlschrank klebrig und versifft von innen und wenn man ihn geöffnet, hat er ganze Raum nach Käse gestunken. Der Kissenbezug war dreckig und mit alten Blutflecken verschmutzt- solche Bezüge sollte man einfach wegwerfen! Das Kissen haben wir beiseite gelegt und es wurde einfach dort liegen gelassen. Das Bad ist grundsätzlich schön und groß, jedoch kein Stromanschluss für z.B. Föhn oder Rasierer. Wir haben unsere Anliegen mehrfach an der Rezeption und dem Zimmerpersonal kommuniziert, jedoch wurde man "belächelt". Zudem haben alle wenig verstanden, was wir von ihnen wollen. Man hätte es sich ja einfach mal selbst anschauen können ;). Das Zimmerpersonal saß in den fremden Zimmern auf dem Bett und hat Videos geschaut, die Zeit wäre also da gewesen! Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir nicht gemerkt, dass die Zimmertür klemmt, diese stand also den GANZEN ABEND inklusive unserer Wertsachen während wir geduscht und geschlafen haben offen. Irgendwann erbarmte sich die Rezeption, uns über die kaputte Tür zu informieren. Hier hätte jeder x-beliebige Mensch reinlaufen und unsere Wertsachen mitnehmen können. Der Gesamteindruck von anderen Reisenden bestärkte unsere Meinung. Was uns auch negativ aufgefallen ist, dass die Toiletten im EG (Übergang zur Mall und Lobby/ Rezeption) erst ab 10 Uhr morgens geöffnet wurden. Es ist ja schön, dass sich das Hotel noch etwas mit den Mallbesuchern dazu verdienen möchte, aber die Toiletten für 12 h nicht für die Hausgäste zur Verfügung zu stellen ist ein No Go. Wir würden das Hotel vermutlich nicht mehr buchen. Kuching im allgemeinen ist aber auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!

Für die Fahrstuhl-Steuerung mußte man außergewöhnlich viel Geduld aufbringen. Meine gewaschene Wäsche ist mir am Abend vor der Abreise nur nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage aufs Zimmer gebracht worden.

A return customer here. Clean, spacious rooms, Waterfront view is superb, super comfy bed, fabulous breakfast spread which includes tasty laksa Sarawak (which i love and ate almost daily while staying there), & of course fantastic location. Definitely My go to hotel in Kuching.

Premier King Suite was very good size. Location was truly central - opposite was the mid autumn festival on Carpenter Road. Excellent Location. Breakfast was very delicious and had good range. Staff were very helpful. I liked that they had water served at the reception.

The room could have been prettier. 52 Sq m but a lot more could have been done to beautify the room. There was this funny rule that if you want to go to the gym on Level 5, you have to go to reception and they will help you go up to Level 5. Surely, it is possible to programme the room keys so that people staying in the hotel could go to the gym on Level 5. that was a big strange.

Excellent location near the centre of the town and close to the city's historical district. The hotel was clean with good amenities at an excellent price. As a heavy thunderstorm prevented us from going outside on our final evening, it was a great convenience to have an adjoining shopping mall to get our dinner and do some last-minute shopping.

The location is perfect. The hotel was spotless and rooms were beautifully clean. The breakfast was exceptional.

There was nothing I didn't like. In fact I intend to return again next year.

Location is very strategic right in front of Kuching waterfront and next to old town where Carpenter street is located. Room is very spacious, comfortable and value for money.

Hotel frontage is small no direct access to car park, basically sharing car park access with Plaza Merdeka Mall. However, there is direct lift access to hotel from car park.

浴室的玻璃門無法正常關閉，必須在門口下方塞一條擦腳布才能頂著門，否則就無法站著洗澡。 向櫃檯人員反映過這個問題，他們也派了維修人員來檢查，維修員表示這個問題無法解決，也是他建議我在玻璃門下方塞擦腳布頂住門口的。

Es war im Hotel, Restaurant, Lobby... viel zu kalt. Draußen schwitzen, drinnen frieren. Schade.

Das Zimmer hatte einen tollen Dyson-Haarföhn. Viele Pflegeprodukte waren vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gross und es gab viel Auswahl. Regendusche mit sinnvollem Abfluss und Zugang ohne Überschwemmung. Gute Klimaanlage. Die Ausicht war super genau auf die Golden Bridge und dem Regierungsgebäude (wir konnten die abendliche Watershow vom Zimmer aus bestaunen). Das Zimmer ist gross und geräumig. Die Hotellobby war sehr ansprechend und schön eingerichtet. Sehr gute isolierte Zimmer.
