Le ballon d'eau chaude faisait énormément de bruit dès que l'on s'en servait
La manipulation du mitigeur des douches était difficile
Pas de tablette au dessus du lavabo pour pouvoir y poser ses affaires de toilettes.

Overall everything was great
The covering on the suite of furniture was torn and kept peeling off onto our clothes. We had t cover it with a towel.

All the suites of furniture was torn. Anytime we went to out we had to clean each other down as the leather was crumbling off.

The position is great, the apartment was clean and the welcome was warm. We were very happy and if we are ever staying in Galway again, we will definitely stay here.

The apartment had a balcony and was fully equipped with everything you might need, except a hair dryer, don't forget to take one. Lot of hot water in the shower, comfortable beds, very clean. The place is clean and cosy, quiet at night. The staff was friendly and cooperative. Thank you.

Location excellent. Self catering was very convenient for us. Double bed was a bit small for the couples among the group

The property was very spacious and had excellent facilities in the kitchen and living area, including a flat screen TV, a vacuum cleaner, a clothes horse and an iron and ironing board. The location was excellent, the bus stop was only a two minute walk away and the services to the city centre were excellent and on time. In addition, Salthill was only a 15 minute walk from the property and very accessible!
We had issues with the hot water at the beginning, but the maintenance man Pete was incredibly helpful and sorted it out for us instantly! The bathroom door was an issue in one of the bathrooms and we were locked out of the bathroom from the outside. This issue was not sorted for us for a while but upon its repair, we were told the door was completely broken and had to be replaced.
