The floor texture of the rooms feel a bit sticky / slippery.

Breakfast was superb and so as the other meals and truly amazing hospitality and very much recommended in future to everyone. I had visited for a leisure trip and it was my wife's birthday, amazing experience overall.

There is nothing to unlike about. I have visited end number of Taj properties, only one thing to say that for dinner there was a limited options available for at the buffet counter. As Taj me myself would expect a perfect options for dinner.

Location is amazing outstanding guest services staff is courteous and friendly chef Biswas took special care for jain food .Balraj at the reception took extra care to celebrate our anniversary over whelmed by their hospitality

Rooms are bit small

Every Meal, barring 2 items, was Delicious. Chef Biswas made Dishes exactly as I wanted! Even packed Yum Sabudane Ki Khichdi for Lunch at home! Lamb Steak was not well done; Dahi Bada not good.

Washroom Floor had a Black Stain; Shower Space too restraining; Work Chair too Heavy, should be light. Balcony Chairs not Taj Level!

While the views from the sea view room were enjoyable, I observed that the cleanliness of the beach waters did not meet the high standards. As a dedicated patron of the Taj brand, I eagerly anticipated experiencing their renowned breakfast spread during my recent stay. Regrettably, my expectations were not met. Upon entering the dining area, I encountered an ambiance that was more bustling and confined than the positive atmosphere I had envisioned. The breakfast buffet, usually a highlight of Taj's hospitality, lacked the diversity and creativity that characterise the brand in the hospitality sector in India. I was disheartened to find that the hotel failed to deliver the expected level of refinement and flavour associated with luxury dining & living. Service fell short of expectations, with staff appearing inexperienced and overwhelmed. in my view, Taj Cidade Goa was not upto mark as compared to exceptional experiences I have had at other Taj properties, thus, leaving me feeling disappointed and less than satisfied.

The location and staff were good

Rooms are very tired, in need of an upgrade,. There was a lot of renovation going on and restaurants inaccessible. For half board - there was no buffet and a general feeling of nochalemce/

The breakfast spread and the pool

The room given to us was the corner room with a tiny balcony which was just enough for 1 person. The hotels travel desk has cabs which fleece you like crazy. For a 3 min ( less than a km )ride they charged me Rs 1092.00 . It was an error in judgment from my end to have agreed to use their transport services however the staff was not transparent enough to tell me that I could have covered that distance my merely stepping out of the property and taking a walk. For a new person in Goa who is not familiar with the landscape such suggestions are helpful which the hotel staff should proactively provide to their customers

Booked two rooms at the Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage for a short family vacation. Amazing location, right on the waterfront. Beautiful view of the sea. Staff was amazing. The famous Taj hospitality was on full display everywhere. The kids had an amazing time at the swimming pool, the outdoor play area and the kids play area at Clube Saudes. A special mention of Nikita in Guest Relations. She organized a beautiful surprise for my birthday. Will cherish the memories. Also after I accidently left some personal items in the room during check out, Nikita was of great help in assisting me to retreive them. Thank you.

Nothing much. Would have preferred more non vegeterian options in the optional buffet dinner.

Чудове місце на березі моря. Пляж дуже гарний та зручний, цілий день його прибирають. Невеличка, але дуже затишна територія готелю. Персонал постійно її прибирає та прикрашає квітами, зелень постійно підтримується. Все цвіте. Зручні ліжка, гарні номери з усіма зручностями. Шампуні...чудової якості. Дуже якісно прибирали щодня, зі зміною постілі. Білизна гарної якості та чиста. Харчування просто на висоті. І європейська і індійська кухня, широкий вибір страв для будь-кого. Кожного дня асортимент мінявся. Шеф та офіціанти дуже дбайливі та уважні. В цілому, дуже вражена якістю готелю в цілому та прекрасною роботою персоналу. З задоволенням всім рекомендую та з радістю приїхала би ще на відпочинок.

Liked dinners at Barbeque and Azul very much. Breakfast at Laranja was sumptuous with wide choices. Our room was right at the beach, and the beach was ideally situated within a stone's throw. Great secluded and uncrowded, uncluttered very clean beach. Loved live music by Ashley, friendly and courteous service by Sanjeev, Ashish, Avdhesh and Zeenal. Mr Carmin Pinto and Mr Nitin were very helpful and attentive. Ms Priyanki and Ms Fiona were very helpful and efficient at the reception desk. Mr. Dattaram at the concierge desk was very informative and assisted in resolving many queries I posted to him. Great staff.

Classical cocktails like Martini, Manhattan, Old fashioned, Pina Colada etc are not on the bar menu. Also, wine selection is limited to average wines. Some fine vintage wines on the menu will enhance the fine dining experience severalfold.

Nothing as such. Just wish that they had kept the swimming pool open till 9 or 10 pm.

The best part of the hotel was the staff! I was greeted with a warm welcome and a Goan welcome drink. I am a solo traveler who booked this hotel for my birthday. I shared this with Ria and Shiv Oberoi from their staff who went absolutely out of their way to make my birthday special. When I entered my room after a beautiful night of live music, my room was decorated with these pretty yellow and blue balloons. A special thank you to Sunny Hans from housekeeping for decorating my room. They had a vegetarian cake waiting for me. Ria and Shiv then joined me in my room for a very special birthday evening, where I blow out the candles, they fed me some cake like their very own friend and even brought me a birthday gift. Ria did all of this after the end of her shift which goes to show that she really went above and beyond to make my day special. A massive thank you to Ria and Shiv Oberoi for arranging this beautiful birthday celebration so I don’t feel alone. I posted some of the highlights on my socials (sassykeets) and everyone really appreciated how they brought so much warmth with them. Also a special thank you to Ashley Alfonso, the live singer who serenaded me with Ria for a happy birthday song. All these gestures came together and made my 2023 birthday one I will remember forever :)

Everything was great. Just be sure to inquire about the view before booking any sea view rooms. Some of them don’t show the sea very much and have a partial sea view. At the end Ria gave me a lovely room with a beautiful sea view and balcony. It is also worth mentioning that the heritage side of the hotel does not have a lift in case you want to bring a senior. This was not a problem for me as I was happy getting the extra steps in. Overall, everything I needed was taken care of and I am so glad I decided to book my stay here

The Hospitality of the staff, special mention to Nikita, Ashish and the guys on the welcome with the guitars. Impressed that our entire check in process was done in the room, the guy who attended to us too was great! The lady at the children’s recreation area was a lovely person

The hospitality is wonderful. Staff is great! Special mention to Nikita Fernandes, Akshay (housekeeping), Raymond (dining), are few of the names which I remember, who made our stay even more comfortable. It was our babymoon and this was a perfect location to spend it. Accessible pool, private beach and amazing amenities makes this a wonderful must experiencing place.

Must have more options for vegetarians.
