Nice, large and clean rooms. The swimming pool and the restaurant are nice. The majority of the staff are helpful and friendly.

It seems that Guests having booked throgh Booking.com are being more likely to be given one of older, not renovated Rooms. Problems with bad draining showers are annoying. The 200PHP pP pVisit is a bit excessive.

Clean, friendly, great food.

Could get quite hot in the living room with the one air-conditioner in the bedroom. Receptionist was a bit too bullish, but the staff were very nice and helpful.

-wifi needs improvement especially if you are staying in their building across the main office. -since the location is in the subdivision, you have to leave your ID card to get in, which I am uncomfortable since my IDs are overseas and would be a headache if they get it lost

Good size suite with 2 good sized double bedrooms. Nice pool area and food was good too, but menu needs to say how big the breakfasts are - what an English breakfast actually is (1 egg or more etc) I ended up ordering extra as it wasn't clear what I was going to receive.

We stayed a total of 4 nights but the room wasn't cleaned once during our stay in fact we had to request a brush so we could do it ourselves. And the same goes for towels, no change of towels for three days so we demanded clean ones be sent to our room. Not exactly hotel standard service I would say.

Friendly staff except for the receptionist who intimidated the intern i.e. the intern was literally shaking while writing the receipt.

There was a construction going on, which I was not informed beforehand. So, it was so noisy day and night. Some workers were even catcalling me while I was on the pool. Aside from that, I was not able to use the pool the night of my stay because the owner had a private party. Again, I was not informed about this. The receptionist just told me to wait until 9:00 pm, but the party ended around midnight. Guests are only allowed to swim until 10:00 pm. Just a heads up, there’s no complimentary drinking water.

Can't recommend this place highly enough! Everything is fantastic. Food is great, pool is clean, staff are well trained and helpful, gardens are gorgeous, location is convenient to airport, city centre and Samal ferry. It's quiet and safe. Thanks to all the beautiful staff who made our stay memorable ❤

Location is inside a residential subd

There was no supply of water from the local concessionaire, they received the notice & yet they did not prepare water especially in the restrooms. Though the staff fetch water for us, he can only provide half of the pail.for 9pax
