Appropriate if u need to be close to altea ,parking included.

The way to get there

It was clean, there is a washing machine and two bathrooms. Also the kitchen was well equipped for a holiday.

Our unit didn't get much wifi so I had to go to a window or outside to use the internet. It would be nice to have hand soap in the bathrooms and trash bags in the bins.

Great location close to town, shops and beach. Very nice setting outside the property.

No washing liquid, no washing up liquid, no English TV stations. Reading lamps beside bed were too dark - 1.5W!

Very good accommodation with an excellent outdoor dining / relaxing area in a very pleasant garden setting. Very clean, with a comfortable bed and a brilliant shower in a small, but modern bathroom. A very good kitchen with electric cooker, fridge-freezer and washing machine, kettle and coffee-maker. Felt very secure with a big outer gate to the road and room for parking inside the grounds. Location was perfect for me, just a few minutes' walk to the tram stop, with an hourly service to Benidorm/Alicante and Altea/Denia. A quarter of an hour walk to the beach past many bars and restaurants and very close to a range of supermarkets. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Apartment super cute and extremely clean. Beautiful trees in the gardens, especially a very old olive tree and it was lovely to have a small patio with table and chairs so we eat outside. Bed large and very comfortable. Host very amenable and solicitous. Ample social distancing between apartments and patios and good mask compliance by staff and guests. Kitchen very well equipped apart from missing a kettle, but not much hassle to use a pan. I had asked for a shower chair for my disabled husband and Walter went straight out and bought one for him, checking that it was suitable, before he purchased it. The apartment is very well kept and quirky. Walter changed our apartment choice on arrival to provide one with more room and a bathroom off the bedroom which was nice of him. On leaving, he sent me a message to thank me for keeping the apartment clean, which I thought was very nice of him. Aldi and Dutch supermarkets close by, restaurants and pharmacy within 300 metres. Sea is 1.5 kms but nice to have a walk along the promenade. Convenient and safe parking on the premises and is probably better to have use of a car while you are there. Apartment was exactly as shown in the photos.

My husband is in a wheelchair and the property is not particularly accessible. Walter did offer to make a ramp for the front step, but it was only an inch or so tall so not neccessary. The toilet is extremely low and small. Walter had informed us beforehand that the bathroom was not wheelchair accessible, which was not a problem as my husband can walk a little with a stick, and used a walker inside. I cannot comment on the other apartments but apartment 2 would not be suitable if you are confined to a wheelchair.
