Breakfast was charged not as per booking.com
mail extras were added ended up paying double the charges
I raised complaint with booking .com but to no avail I was assured mail would be sent to the property but it was only an oral assurance nothing came out of it eventually paid double the price at checkout

The room was good. The staff were courteous. The facilities (in particular, the gym) were really good.
The maintenance was poor. The staff did not pay attention to my needs. I kept asking for diet friendly meals and kept receiving "dhaba" food. Every time I made a specific request, somebody would show up with something completely different.

😵💫Rooms will be booked at a very high rate but the complimentary hotel management will not pay off on the part of some hotels. This day black day for me😵💫

Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent and wide variety of breakfast. The check in process was very smooth and the staff was always ready to help with any queries and questions. The room was good with all basic amenities.

It is in a lovely, posh location. Many new utility centers have come up nearby.
Service. Hotel needs to improve customer relations and towards providing quick attention to the customer’s needs. For example, the air condition in my room had some minor problem - it took a whole day for someone to attend to it. I had to keep calling the front desk. Maybe there was shortage of staff due to COVID restrictions. But from the customer’s point of view, a discomfort was left unattended.

ITS AMBIANCE WAS NICE AND I LIKED THE DESIGNER DRESS AND ITS COLOUR COMBINATION OF THE SERVING STAFF IN THE RESTAURANT .
KEEP IT UP AND WILL SURELY VISIT AGAIN.
