Good value for the money at about EUR 60. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were big enough to accomodate a family of 4. In a very natural setting.

The location only functions if having your own vehicle or comfortable using taxi, as it is way off from the beaten track at the edge of Vitosha forest.

Didn't stop for breakfast because nothing was ready. Although the old lady who didn't speak a word of english was very helpfull and we managed to communicate that all we wanted was a cup of tea.

Got there close to midnight and it was dark and foggy. Trying to find your way up the winding hill road in that weather was a challenge. In the morning when everything was clear we realised we had couldn't see half the road when we came.

Location is superb.

Booked the suite well in advance only to be told on arrival that it wasnt available. No reason was given but i suspect it was allocated to someone else who wouldnt have had a discounted rate. Double room was dirty with stains on the walls, bed mattresses were collapsed. Faulty fittings in the bathroom where the cover for the hairdryer fell off leaving exposed cables, made even more dangerous by the fact there was no drain in the bathroom to allow the escaped water from the shower to drain away leaving you standing in a puddle. Breakfast was interesting even by Bulgarian standards!!!

The stuff were friendly. Food at the restaurant was good. Service was excellent. Clean air.

Too far away from the airport,Sofia town and a little too quiet.

Absolutely awesome place, nice little hotel in the middle of the forest, with crystal clear air and birds singing all around. Plenty of hiking variants around, and still city is only 20 mins drive away. Staff was extremely nice, helped us with everything, we really enjoyed our stay.

The guy from the reception is a really nice man. He took care of us and our needs, very friendly and kind. The bed was very comfortable and soft, the position of the hotel is worth the price and bad parts. Clean room and good food at the restaurant but a bit pricey.

As other mentioned, the rooms/hotel are not in the best conditions. There are broken pillows, tiles, etc. The road to the hotel is a bit difficult, you should have a good car to reach it.
