The host is very nice. The place is well located and they have a good breakfast.

I don't like that cats can be everywhere: in the kitchen, on the breakfast table, etc. In the general information of the establishment they should warn that. If I had known, I would not have gone to this hotel.

Good location

I haven’t read the description properly and it appeared to be a shared property with two cats. also CHECK IN is at 4pm ! we had to wait almost 3 hours until we’ll check in, so obviously we were very irritated. But after the landlord was nice, he left us a good breakfast and helped us to get a taxi to the train station.

Everything was amazing - the apartment owner, apartment itself, breakfast and two funny cats especially.

All was good. Perfect location. You can walk to central station for 20 min. Nice cats which are like little clouds. Perfect and big breakfast. Highly recommend this place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in "Welcome to my space". Attention to details, healthy "home made" breakfast, understanding about our late arrival (delays from the airline). We just walked towards the centre and enjoyed the many options for restaurants and local advice. I would certainly recommend this place to my friends!

Nothing really... totally comfortable and quiet area to sleep.

Toilet not in the room which was not mentioned in the reservation. 5 meter walk through the hallway to the toilet which at times can be uncomfortable. Wifi really bad connection with frequent disconnections. Old building with ticking heating pipes during the night. If I had known all this I would not have booked. Answer of the host after my comments: Don’t worry you will certainly getting a good reply to your bad irrelevant comment that you have wrote … and comparing all good comments I have, your one is like a spot ... you should better avoid B&B and go to five star hotels which is more corresponding to your behave ! Thank you so much to help people who were close for more then 1 year ... it helping so much .... karma is on his way ....

Erick, the host, is very friendly and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable about the city and a variety of topics that we chatted throughout breakfast time. The cats, Baloo and Wasabee are too cute! The breakfast was tasty with homemade bread, yogurt and jams. Room was big enough for two people and the shower was spacious. Apartment is in a very quiet area and close to the North train station and walkable distance to the city centre.

Erick is a fantastic host and I think his BnB is a great place for those willing to discover the city and take advantage from his knowledge. The location is ideal, central yet quite and very well conected. The fantastic "home made" breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. Bonus point: although I am alergic to cats (and there are two), the bedroom was so clean that I did not have any problem whatsoever. Highly recomended!

Breakfast was delicious and enough. Eric, the host, bakes the bread and makes the yogurt himself. These homemade meals are especially delicious. The accommodation is equidistant from the old town and the European district. About 20 minutes to walk if you don't get on a bus or subway.

It is near to central station suermarket and good resturant are nearby.. Room was excellent,silent clean, bed was too cozzy one can easily have comfortable sleep , Specially cats are too adorable and breakfast was too delicious . i would love come again :)

There two wonderful cats in the common zone of the appartement. Erick is really friendly and welcoming!

What a great place! Everything was perfect! The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. Erick was a great host. He pointed out all the things to see (unfortunately we only had 1 day in Brussels) and some great places to eat. We especially loved the wonderful cats. They were mellow and friendly. They were one of the highlights of our trip!

Very nice place, very welcoming. Quiet room in the back of the building, nice deco! Convenient, direct from the Brxelles midi station.
