location is good, free parking is available

not so clean; It is mentioned that the price will be paid at the place but an amount was blocked from my account without any notice;

The pool was very nice. The bed was in a good size

Internet was very poor In the room there was thing which was broken. After my call, it was repaired There is no store near to the hotel.

My comments are about apartment number 16, floor 3. Extremely dirty, the bed linen had yellow spots. Worn and dirty, smelling of a mouldy sofa bed. The TV in the living room had a broken remote, The TV in the bedroom was in the wardrobe ( we didn't know why :)), along with the much-needed curtains. Throughout our stay, the whole apartment smelled of cooked food. One of the walls in the living room had puffy paint, without commenting on the numerous spots of dead insects all over the wall, due to the lack of mosquito nets on the doors :):):). For cover the first day we had no electricity from 12 to 17 hours only in our apartment, after shouts and screams from our side we received support and we received a key for the central electrical panel, if we are left without electricity again, to solve the problem ourselves :):):). Refrigerator the size of a "mini bar". I post some "lovely" pictures of the apartment. I am a Genius user in Booking and for the first time I find myself in such a terrible place.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy.

The lady managing this property was highly disorganised which resulted in having to wait for check-in for 3 hours after the agreed time. Checkout was also delayed and we had to wait at the apartment until she arrived.

Nice and quiet , 3 minutes from the beach. 2 km from Lidl and Sozopol . The sand and the water is nice and clean . I would go again there.

I would never go again. The apartment for 7 days had 1 toilet roll 1 tiny rubbish bag in toilet & kitchen & the electric went off 5 times No help from resort because its a private booking. No refund of deposit DO NOT GO!

The Staff was perfect. For each request we have she was there. The location in Kavaci, Sozopol was really nice. There is a bus stop( Green Life) 200 meters from Hotel and it's easy to travel to Sozopol if you want. The beach is also 200 meters for the Hotel and i believe it's the cleanest beach in Sozopol. The water is crystal clear and the sand is clean. Even if we didn't have any breakfast or lunch over there, there is a fully supplied kitchen in the room with all utensils needed and a fridge. The bed is also comfortable and the sheets are clean and warm. The A/C unit works perfect. A little bit noisy on the balcony but not so loud.

With the apartment there were some staff that i didn't like. The boiler was leaking a little bit of water and the sink in the bathroom was a little bit blocked. We didn't try any breakfast or lunch options as they are too expensive for the standarts of bulgaria. "10 leva".
