We enjoyed the pool with the water slides, good meal and we liked that the hotel is very close to the beach. It is great that the parking has a lot of space as parking can be a big issue in the larger area like in Sunny Beach for example.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. The description of the hotel states that you can play tennis, but that is incorrect, you can actually play table tennis. The parking is a big plus but it looks like a desert, they should plant some trees, it is not expensive and it is much better to park your car in the shadow.

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is a good choice. Very close to some pretty small and intimate beaches, the hotel offers all the facilities in order for you not to leave the resort. The food was diverse and very good. The staff at the restaurant was always very nice. The resort was clean and nice.

Even though the room was clean when we arrived, during our 10-day stay, no more thorough cleaning was done. we had to call the front desk after 7 days to change our sheets. also, the empty shower gel container was never replaced. We had to call the reception every time we wanted a new one and it was pretty disturbing. considering that we were traveling with a child, we had an extra bed in the room (a sofa bed) which was in a pretty bad condition. Although we encountered these two small inconveniences, our stay was a pleasant one and overall I would recommend the hotel.

This has been our 5th time here. Everything has been great & even better compared to the previous years: the quality & diversity of the food has improved. impossible not to be able to find something to eat. Evening entertainment surprisingly good, both for adults & kids. The room & all amenities are very well maintained - looking almost new. The garden is beautiful & common areas well taken care of. 2 minutes walking distance to beach.

nothing really to complain about but i would really welcome a gym or some better open air fitness area & a running lane.

Pool area is lovely and has enough entertainment for kids. Great beachfront location. Would definitely recommend for families with kids.

The resort is located on the beach (2 minutes walking), which is great when you have children. We stayed in a studio with a balcony, very spacious for a family of 3. The food was fresh and diverse - if you buy the full-board meal don’t forget to ask for the free thematic dinner at the The Taste (Signature) restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and felt quite safe at Premier Fort, considering the current global situation.

We have found tampon wrappers in the wardrobe on our arrival. We told the reception about it and someone came quickly to clean it. Apart from this, overall the room was clean. The hotel is big, but outdated for 2020. We could hear all the neighbors taking showers. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, but not really child safe. The furniture is quite old. They don’t recycle or sort the garbage at all which is very sad. Not even in the restaurant, they mix plastic with food leftovers. A lot of waste and pollution is generated in this way. Some basic anti-waste and pro-environment measures could easily be applied to overcome these aspects. We didn’t go to the main pool or at the evening shows because the physical distancing measures were not followed at all by the tourists and staff.
