Perfect location.
Breakfast was confusing, needed to choose smth without a menu. Overall breakfast was good, but fresh bread would be nice, also croissants were stonehard..
Personnel assumes that every tourist is Russian or English skills don’t exist.

Отличный отель в самом центре, всё в шаговой доступности. Завтрак не пробовал, в радиусе одного квартала множество кофеен и ресторанов, можно каждый день завтракать в разных местах.
Номер чистый, кровать большая и удобная. Ночью не было шумно как пишут в некоторых отзывах, специально бронировал номер, окна которого выходят на пешеходный проспект.
В целом впечатление отличное, за 5 дней пребывания никаких проблем. Уборка в номере каждый день, обновляют воду/кофе/сахар и тд. Персонал приветливый, вежливый, на ресепшене можно взять зонт в дождливую погоду.
Бассейн небольшой, чистый. Сауна электрическая, и её не держат постоянно включённой, так что советую позвонить на ресепшен за полчаса-час до посещения, её включат и успеет нагреться.

No privacy and the windows are thin it's very noisy
Melina the receptionist was very unfriendly they didn't understand the situation with my pregnant sick wife and even told us to go out.
Also there was no managers attending.

High quality of rooms. Electronic key access (not all hotels in Yerevan have it), beautiful bathroom with shower. All clean and comfortable. Room service - available until 11 p.m. to order some food from local restaurant MIS’ which has delicious grill and wine. Highly recommended to stay here. It’s worth it, believe me.
