I had a very lovely stay at hotel Covo Dei Saraceni with my husband. The most exceptional thing to start about the hotel is its staff. They are extremely attentive to what we need even small details and very welcoming of their guests. I could not praise enough their care and attention towards guests. The view and location of the hotel are perfect, very relaxing pool area and bar. The room is very clean and they come and check twice a day, making up again, refilling whatever is needed. We both are very happy and will come back again for sure.

Location and service was really good and it was a very pleasant stay.

Noises between rooms were quite stong especially at evenings. Also breakfast arrangement because of covid were difficult.

The location is excellent. The beach and ferry are conveniently located right in front of the hotel. The room has a beautiful outdoor balcony for sitting and enjoying the spectacular hillside. The breakfast was the perfect selection of healthy and tasty offerings. The front desk managers and staff were very welcoming.

They are at the perfect location for that Amalfi coast picture, easy access from the ferry and exquisite aesthetics. The breakfast has limited options but it was very good. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The AC didn't really work well and the beds could be more comfortable.

The location and vistas are spectacular The lobby decor just gorgeous! The breakfast room is just lovely! The restaurant offered delicious selections and we totally loved our stay. The pool is beautiful, but would have loved a swim in the evening before dinner after long days exploring the coast. Six o clock closing seemed to be exactly when we arrived back to the hotel after our day trips, that was disappointing. The staff were all attentive and delightful! Our room was a little small for a 5 night stay on our 2 week journey as it became a bit cluttered with our belongings and purchases along the way! My husband and I are in our 70’s and after a day of climbing steps and hills everywhere, an elevator to our floor from the lobby would have been most welcome! The stairs to the elevator where challenging after a long and lovely day… I’m sure even for most guests of any age. Hate to complain, because we absolutely loved our stay, but a few things: ~The sheets are rough ~The loud sounds of breaking bottles late at night on the 2nd floor was a regular occurrence and disturbing ~ The shower required a climb into a deep tub to a very tight space. Could use an update. Just being honest and hope it’s helpful! All that said, we would come back again; we loved our stay with you.

Absolutely amazing location, so much so that it is tempting not to leave the hotel and spend every day by the pool or on the balcony. Great sized, clean room, very hospitable staff, with reasonable dining options.

Hotel is a little tired in terms of the fit out, both within rooms and in general spaces. A small fitness centre would be a welcome addition.

Hotel is 3 * maximum. Have not parking, have not beach, until three in the morning it's very noisy.

Hotel is *** Maximum 500 € for room 16 sq.m and bed air conditioner - this is bad joke.
