Very good dinner, spacious room, good shower, friendly staff and in a small, quiet town

The breakfast could have been bigger

The manager was a very friendly and helpful lady. I asked her in advance if we could take some bocadillos for the road and she made them to our taste. We arrived very late at night and she waited to check us in, so we really appreciated that. The hostel is what you'd expect from a hostel in a village: basic, but quiet and rustic. The breakfast included coffee, juice, toast, butter and jam, and a muffin. The room was clean and spacious. The manager also gave us some information about the "foces" nearby and some hot springs.

The bed was quite short (typical in rural Spain), so not great for us because we're tall. An extra pillow would have been great too! Beware of the roads to get there and to get to the "foces" from there: a bit of an adventure, but it was fine.

Off the beaten track in a small village. Really quiet and peaceful. Owner very kind and laid on a lovely evening meal. Breakfast though just toast. Clean and comfortable room. I will definitely return.

EVERYTHING! A wonderful, off the beaten track property in a beautiful little village up in the mountains. The staff were helpful and friendly, in spite of something of a language barrier as my Spanish is quite limited. The bedroom was clean, tidy and had everything needed. The evening meal was wonderful, and the overall value for money excellent. There is a bar and the villagers popped in and out, and were friendly. If you want a fancy hotel this probably isn’t for you, but if you like traditional Spanish hospitality in a beautiful village then it’s perfect. I hope to return one day.

I chose the property for its location on my planned route …. It was perfect for me…. It is set in a typical little village very clean and well looked after .. the property is the hub of the village and always had people and passerby popping in

This is just me wanting to pack my bike…. The access to the sleeping accommodation is via the bar area and it gets locked at night…. I got up and pack, wanted to load the bike ready but I had to wait an extra 10 mins or so…. But no biggie …. It’s just me ….

For the price it was OK

The food was of very low quality

Wonderful location if you want a countryside stay in the peace and quiet, comfy room and nice shampoo/body wash

Staff didn't speak English so it was a little difficult to communicate effectively. Didn't have any bar snacks when I asked in the evening.

When you look for a place to disconnect from the city, this is a good place. You get what you expect so you're in the country side with few other people and almost no services besides the restaurant and the bar. This is a safe place and as most of us are all too long at home in the city, go here for a day or two.
