The location

It is supposed to be smoke free but we could smell cigarette smoke smell in hallway and on landing outside our room..

the cooked breakfast eachmorning was delicious

It had a lovely relaxed atmosphere, I felt that the B&B was in a good location, close to the shops and also the front. Caroline the proprietor was very accommodating, was very friendly and went that extra mile. Lovely cooked breakfast, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, toast and lovely coffee, as it was coming up to Christmas there was a Christmas jigsaw in the lounge which Caroline was happy for people to help with, we loved going and sitting in there, and having a go at the jigsaw.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Everything, the guest house is perfect and Caroline makes you feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for you. Her breakfast was red hot and lovely. We are already planning on going back 😊

Good hearty full English breakfast with choice of fruit and yoghurt or cereals. Close to centre and Southport pier.

The basin hot water was a bit cooler than I would have liked, and the shower had a tantrum on one occasion, overheating the water.

Caroline made us feel very welcome , my husband has a gluten allergy and she couldn't have been more accommodating.

The guest house is in a good position, close to lord Street, and had free parking with a permit, Caroline the owner is very welcoming and nothing is to much trouble for her. The cooked breakfast is delicious, with fresh fruit yogurt and cereal.and plenty of coffee or tea.

The view from our bedroom. It was the heatwave ,so room was extremely hot, but nothing Caroline could have done to make it more cooler. We took our own fan anyway.

Brilliant guest house in a good location. Lovely professional, friendly host, very clean rooms, good varied breakfast, plenty on street parking and permit provided. Will definitely visit again and recommend to others.

Excellent location with easy access to lake, beach, shops, bars, restaurants and station. Excellent quality breakfast, well cooked and no grease. Room very comfortable with all amenities.

Caroline was fantastic very friendly nothing was to much trouble. She runs the Adelphi on her own and does an amazing job would recommend it to anyone to stay there
