Everything. Starting from greeting us at reception and the whole arrival.

Breakfast offered a good selection of fresh foods. We did not eat other meals there. our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the balcony view overlooking the pool area, although not for people wanting a quiet afternoon/evening. Reception/concierge staff were helpful.

the service was amazing. Paco at the reception especially! he can speak any languages, super kind and professional. he helped throughout the stay and managed to resolve the most complex issues I had! couldn’t be happier! this is how customers should feel when they are on holiday! 5* the rest was equally great!

Really spacious and lovely rooms.

A little noisy some nights with some guests on a rowdy holiday.

Facilities are quite good, specially indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Good restaurants nearby. Evening DJ events are good too. All in all, we enjoyed as family with 2 kids!!

We Loved the room! It really was spectacular! We wished the beach/water was usable. There was a lot of black seaweed so we ended up driving to other beaches. But the ocean view from our room was fantastic! The woman that checked us in was incredible. We loved the bartender in the VIP bar. We had already booked dinner saturday night near the castle so we weren't able to see the show that night. However, it was really fun watching the dancers practice at the pool and they practiced all day. There are a few breakfast restaurants within a 5 minute walk along the beach that were excellent.

The TV in our room didn't work so we weren't able to use it. The beach was not very pretty...there was a lot of black seaweed.

Always a pleasure staying at Twiins when visiting Ibiza. Very nice atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff plus entertaining evening shows. Will be visiting again shortly!

The only thing that let twins down, was the food & drinks at the pool. Very basic, bland food. We ordered a cheese quesadilla, it was a wrap folded in half with 1 square of plastic cheese, the nachos had a couple dribbles of guacamole and jalapeno . Not acceptable for a 4* hotel Pina colada was terrible no fresh juice used, 3/4 was froth

Staying at the Twiins is certainly the way to go while in Ibiza. The hotel rooms are incredibly comfortable and it’s honestly very difficult to beat the views you can get while staying here. I was also very delighted to see the staff making sure that each guest has the best time possible while on holidays. The perfect place to feel at home away from home and to have the best cuisine experience possible with great variety of food and mouth watering desserts prepared with love and care at “Buffet La Sal”. A hotel’s restaurant led by Rafael and coordinated by a wonderful waitering team.

Great location, nice rooms, fab pool area and close to promenade, plentiful breakfast.

Wish they served food later… doesn’t even have to be full restaurant but there’s nothing available in evenings. Also would like the pool to open earlier in the morning… I’m probably in the minority on both of these but when travelling with work it would be helpful.
